HOW TO EAT TO LIVE, BOOK TWO page 35
“YOUR BEST vegetables are: CAULIFLOWER, cabbages (not the green cabbages)… Some other vegetables we eat are as follows: BRUSSELS SPROUTS, asparagus, eggplant, okra, squash and rhubarb.”
Our Beloved Messenger (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) taught us in HOW TO EAT TO LIVE that “Simple Foods Are The Best.” So it is best to not prepare all kinds of fancy foods nor try all of the devil’s new foods he puts on the market to tempt your appetite and have you eating pork byproducts he surreptitiously adds to all his foods.
Milk, Bread and Navy Beans are the Best Foods for us to eat. Of course, we can supplement these foods with Vegetables and Fruits. But we should be careful not to eat every kind of vegetable. We should not eat those vegetables that we were reared on as slaves, such as collard greens, turnip sprouts, beet top salads, kale, etc. (according to the above book). These vegetables are horse and cattle foods and are not fit for human consumption. However, according to the above book, Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts are two of the vegetables that are okay to eat.
Fresh vegetables are very easy and very healthy for us to make. To prepare cauliflower, simply tear off all of the green leaves and then cut the stem. You can break off the florets with your hand and then wash them. To prepare the Brussels sprouts just wash them and remove any yellowed leaves. You can also trim the stems.
Chop some onions and add a few whole cloves of garlic. Place them in some Corningware or any baking dish with a lid. Do not use aluminum foil. Season with salt, any seasonings you like and butter and bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes or until you smell them. I usually turn the oven off when I smell them and let them remain in the oven to continue cooking. They get really soft and good this way. I feel like I could eat some of these vegetables right now. They are very appealing to the appetite.

BISMILLAHI RAHMANI RAHIM IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, MASTER FARD MUHAMMAD, TO WHOM PRAISE IS DUE FOREVER
AS-SALAAMU ‘ALAIKUM DEARLY BELOVED SISTERS!!!
I honestly had to see this article a couple of times before it registered. The Most Prestigious University in the country is offering FREE TUITION to low-income honor students. I repeat,
HARVARD UNIVERSITY IS OFFERING FREE TUITION
TO LOW INCOME HONOR STUDENTS!!!
Now Remember, Sisters, we should make sure our children obtain the knowledge of technology, science, mathematics, engineering, and everything else necessary to build a civilization from wherever they can get it. We can learn a lot from the devil. He has knowledge of many things that have been held back from us for centuries.
However, we should use this knowledge for building our own society, instead of giving the benefit of our learning back to the teacher. This is why we don’t have anything as a Nation. We get the knowledge and remain slaves for the slave-master! Howbeit, receiving higher incomes.
Make sure you rear your children with the desire of doing something for self. Don’t teach them to get a degree just to get a good job. This keeps them a slave. Teach them to become entrepreneurs, in fields that are useful to the building of a Nation.
I know this offer from Harvard University sounds unbelievable, but here is the article:
Harvard University Is Now FREE for Students of Low Income Families
Sounds like a crude joke, but it isn’t funny because it is true. The University of Harvard, one of the most prestigious universities on the planet, announced it is taking care of tuition, fees and making sure low income students are student loan free when attending their institution.
This is a wonderful idea and opportunity for children from economically challenged families. Many of which would never have an opportunity to attend an institution such as Harvard. The fact the President of the University recognizes this and is willing to make an effort to bridge the gap between many very intelligent children and the dream of attending Harvard.
Harvard’s president Lawrence H. Summers said, “When only ten percent of the students in elite higher education come from families in the lower half of the income distribution, we are not doing enough. We are not doing enough in bringing elite higher education to the lower half of the income distribution.”
If you know of a family earning less than $60,000 a year with an honor student graduating from high school soon, Harvard University wants to pay the tuition. The prestigious university recently announced that from now on undergraduate students from low-income families can go to Harvard for free… no tuition and no student loans!
Attending Harvard might not be right for everyone for various reasons or beliefs, but attending for free is something different. College education has always been a big deal to the African American community and in this day and age, nothing has changed. However, the cost of attending college and universities have skyrocketed over the past few decades making the dream out of reach for many. And when you think of Ivy League schools and Harvard, the costs are astronomical and out of the question for many.
If you know anyone that falls within this earnings rage with a very intelligent child, then please pass along this article for them to consider and do some research. You just might give someone a hell of a step up in life.
And yes, we know you want the information so you can follow up to check qualifications and ask questions. Here you go:
BISMILLAHI RAHMANI RAHIM
IN THE NAME OF ALLAH,
MASTER FARD MUHAMMAD,
THE BENEFICENT AND MOST MERCIFUL SAVIOUR AND DELIVERER
TO WE, THE ABORIGINAL BLACK MEMBERS OF THE TRIBE OF SHABAZZ
LOST IN THE WILDERNESS OF NORTH AMERICA
DEARLY BELOVED SISTERS, I GREET ALL OF YOU IN OUR ORIGINAL LANGUAGE (ARABIC) AS-SALAAMU ‘ALAIKUM (PEACE BE UPON YOU)
When I started this blog it was with the intent of offering The So-Called Negro Woman a means of improving her condition in civilized society. I had no idea it would turn into a report of the horrific, brutal and merciless killings perpetrated upon us daily by our captors, the devils.
But, Allah is The Best Knower.
I posted everything about Homemaking that I have in my M.G.T. Notebook, and was just adding little things that I have learned being a Homemaker myself. But homemaking is not the only thing we need to know. The most important thing we need to have is The Knowledge of Self, God and the Devil. And right now, I’m stuck on Knowledge of the Devil.
There is seemingly no way to accurately convey the evil he has rained down upon his poor slave, and is still doing.
I think I have quite a bit of familiarity with his actions, but I still am surprised when I see the things he is doing, which is why this subject has been occupying my thoughts and consequently, my blog posts.
Our Saviour, Who Came to Deliver us from these murderous beasts, said, (paraphrasing) “There is no way to accurately repay them for all of the evil they have perpetrated against us.” So, the Original Owner of the Earth (the Blackman) has decided to remove them completely from the Planet, so that this type of evil will never happen again.
The Blackman is the ORIGINAL MAN. There is no birth record for him. Nor is there going to be any end of him. He deliberately made the whiteman (devil) to show what was in himself. And gave him power to rule for a limited time (6,000 years) because he knew what type of world he would build.
Sisters, we are living at the end of his time. His world is going out and a new world is coming in. We are very lucky to be living in this time. We can look at the whiteman’s history and the picture we are left with is crystal clear. He is a murderer of the Blackman. He has done nothing but kill and destroy the entire time he has been on our planet. HE IS STILL DOING IT.
He joins the police department so that he can kill the Blackman freely and without requital. Those not in the police department still kill and there is no punishment; NO JUSTICE FOR THE BLACKMAN.
The family of this poor Blackman released this video only after the officer who ran him over and killed him, was not charged with any offense. (Please be aware. It is very graphic. But it gives a good idea of how mercilessly we have been treated by our enemies, the devils.)
IN THE MOST HOLY AND RIGHTEOUS NAME OF ALLAH,
MASTER FARD MUHAMMAD
As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful Black Sisters,
This poor boy was stabbed twenty-seven times with a pencil by one of his classmates. The school did not tell his mother that he had been stabbed. The Superintendent said that he didn’t think the boy was trying to harm her son by stabbing him twenty-seven (27) times. Twenty-seven times??? The article also does not specify whether or not the attacker was a devil; it just says that he is a “special-needs” student.
Regardless, the treatment afforded our children in the public schools of America is indicative of their treatment of us in general. They do not care for us, and only desire our death. It is ignorant to send your children to them to be educated. You leave your beloved children for hours every day in the care of people who hate them and want to kill them. And then wonder why they are in such condition. All Black Children need to be taken out of the devils’ schools and educated by their own.
Reported By: Britt L
An 8-year-old boy was sent home to his mother after sustaining multiple stab wounds from a fellow student. The crazy part about it was that the school never informed his mother that he was injured.
Jordan Robinson, who attends Douglas Elementary in Garden City, Michigan was stabbed 27 times with a pencil by a special needs classmate. The two third graders were horse playing when Jordan was repeatedly stabbed.
Gary Murrell, Garden City Public Schools’ Assistant Superintendent, specified that there is no indication that the special needs child intended to harm Jordan with the pencil.
Jordan’s mother, Joy Renee Pratt says she was upset about her son being harmed at school. However, she was all the more angered with the school’s decision to not contact her after her son was injured.
“They should have to call you,” exclaimed Pratt. “If something happens to your child, in their care, they should have to call you!”
In an interview with Action News, assistant superintendent Murrell agreed that a school authority should have contacted Pratt after the incident. Despite Murrell’s belief that Pratt should have been informed, he claims that immediate notification of an incident isn’t the school’s procedure.
“One of the parents was not immediately notified,” said Murrell.
“That is not our procedure, and we are dealing with that incident separately.”
Murrell did not specify which staff members were involved in the incident or whether or not they will be disciplined. That case has been left to human resources.
“I just feel so violated and disrespected that no one bothered to call me,” explained Pratt who feels her and her son have been mistreated by the school system.
The devils who enslaved us are the same devils who we live amongst today. The devil was MADE to murder the Blackman and he will never stop as long as he is present and among the righteous Black Nation. Lynchings still take place. Murders still take place. Rapings still take place. They cannot help it.
Watch this young Black man tell the story of how two devils pretended to befriend him and then attempted to kill him by hanging him with his own belt!!!!
As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful and Beloved Asiatic Queens!
I can’t say for sure, but I probably used to think the same way as the poor woman in this picture. Many Black women share this same sentiment and this attitude right here is precisely what is causing the destruction of the Black Family.
The original picture was probably created by a devil for this very purpose. They do not want to see strong, Black FAMILIES. Because strong Black families are the backbone of a strong Black community, which, accordingly, is the foundation of a strong BLACK NATION.
The woman in this picture looks like Problem #2 and she and any Sister who looks and acts this way has got to change this type of thinking. WE DO NEED OUR MEN, personally and collectively. We were made to be their support system. The Black man, especially in America, is faced with hate and disdain from every sector. If he can’t come home to a supportive Black woman, he has NOTHING.
We need him as well; to provide for and protect us and our children. This is the way Allah (God) Created both of us. We need each other. Please, Sisters, if you or any Sisters you know hold these self-destructive beliefs, take another thought and think in terms of The Entire Black Nation and not in terms of a white-formulated system of the “Independent Woman” which originated with the “Women’s Liberation Movement.” This is detrimental to our rise.
