SAVIOUR’S DAY 1972

BISMILLAH

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved Sisters!

On February 26, 1877, A Saviour Was Born for the Salvation of The So-Called American Negroes, a people who had been stolen from our land and people and were forced to serve under hard taskmasters (white devils) for four hundred years. These white devils were not satisfied with just our labour, no, they committed the greatest and gravest robbery against us that can ever be committed against a human being; they robbed us of the Knowledge of Self. They beat, raped, tortured, murdered, burned, and sold us between each other, like livestock, for 400 long years.

On July 4, 1930, this Saviour Came to America and Located His Lost and Now Found People (the so-called Negroes) and began to teach us the True Knowledge of Ourselves; that we are the Aboriginal Members of the Asiatic Black Nation of the Planet Earth. And, that HE HAS CHOSEN US TO BE HIS PEOPLE AND HE IS GOING TO DESTROY THE DEVILS WHO HAVE DESTROYED US.

And thus, every year, on February 26th, (when our Beloved Messenger, The Most Honorable and Humble Elijah Muhammad [May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him] was alive), the Believers, from all over the world, would convene in Chicago, Illinois for The Nation of Islam’s Annual SAVIOUR’S DAY Convention in honor of the Birth of OUR SAVIOUR, MASTER FARD MUHAMMAD, To Whom Praises Are Due Forever.

These historic lectures were recorded using audiotape as far back as 1958. However, with the advent of videotape, The Nation took advantage of this more sophisticated method of recording and began to document Our Beloved Messenger’s (PBUH) Saviour’s Day lectures using video.

The 1972 Saviour’s Day Lecture from The Last and Greatest Messenger of Allah, The Lamb of God, Raised By Allah to Lead, Teach and Guide The Lost and Now Found Members of The Aboriginal Black Nation – The So-Called Negroes (A People to Whom No Warner Had Come Before) – Our Dear and Holy Apostle, The Most Honorable and Humble Elijah Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is presented below.
