As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful Black Sisters,

A while ago, I was blessed to come up on a garlic press that I was so impressed with, I had to have it.  I found it at a yard sale and it was made by a Swiss company that I had never heard of. The press was one-piece, which I had NEVER seen before. Every one I had ever owned was three pieces, cumbersome and ineffective. I always ended up going back to dicing it with a knife and throwing the damn thing away.

The other day, I went into Smart & Final and was floored when I saw garlic presses by this same company! It was larger, but built basically the same. I also saw an ice cream scoop by the same company. I desperately needed one so I coughed up the $11.00 and I do not regret it.

My days of cutting my ice cream with a knife are over thanks to zyliss. This is the best ice cream scoop I have ever used. And I used to work at Baskin Robbins!!!
