That’s how devils say it. LOL “Malk” ROFL But seriously, Pure Whole Milk is definitely THE BEST FOOD WE CAN CONSUME.

Unfortunately, the commercializers on our food realize this and have begun to package, label and sell drinks as milk, but they are not milk.

Be very, very careful. LOOK at the milk before you drink it.

This has been my observation:

* If it comes in a container wherein the contents are not clearly visible, i.e. an opaque container – not transparent – PROBABLY NOT MILK.

*If it says “VANILLA” – PROBABLY NOT MILK.

*Some new “organic” brand you have never heard of – PROBABLY NOT MILK.

I was floored when I poured out some liquid labeled as “organic whole milk” and it turned out to be some type of clear yellowish water. Nowhere even close to milk.

BE CAREFUL.

Additionally, don’t be consuming all the devil’s “health” and “protein” and “energy” foods and drinks either. They are not good for your health. Simple foods are best. The chemical he uses to extract the vitamins, minerals and nutrients from the foods they are found in are not good for you. Neither are the chemicals he uses to process these vitamins and minerals.

Get your nutrients from the foods they originally came in. Pure whole milk (LOOK at it first). And if you have the wherewithal (a yard with grass and some stability) purchase your own cow. This is the way of our forefathers and the ancients who lived 700, 800 and nearly one thousand years. Pure whole wheat bread. It is best to make your own. If you can grow your own wheat, that would be even better. Pure fresh fruits (uncooked) and vegetables (cooked). Navy Bean Soup with no meat added.

If the milk is transparent but says WHOLE MILK – probably not milk.

Cows cost around $200.00. You might want to start an apiary too and truly live in Heaven. There is no heaven after you die.

Also, at the 99 cents store here in California, you may be able to find good, pure, whole milk THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED.

I know it sounds suspect, but I have tried it, tested it and LOVE IT.

It is very convenient for transients. It comes packaged in some special box and stays fresh, even after you open it.

A lot of times, we are offered such deals that we cannot believe them to be true and miss out. If you see it, purchase it so we can keep them in business. It only costs 99 cents and you can be sure the dairy industry is vehemently opposed.

I have only found it in California (the jumpoff for this type of stuff). And I can’t remember the brand name but it came in a light green and white container (a box). I have a sixth sense when it comes to food and this one is a winner.

Let’s do something for ourselves and combat the conspiracy to suck all of the blood out of the poor.

The brand we recommend in The Nation of Islam is ALTA DENA, however, they are undergoing a name change to Dairy Pure Milk or something like that. And the containers are opaque. So, I don’t know anymore. However, do the best you can until this devil has been removed and destroyed from the face of our planet Earth, forever.
