I guess you wonder where I’ve been…

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved Bebies!

Man, why was I locked up since November 12th! Seems like FOREVER! November 12 – February 27, 2020. I keep wanting to write 2002. 2020 seems like sometime in the future. Anyway, I’m out and I feel like Second Lining. Let me see. BRB

This is how I felt when they finally opened the door!
(The beginning and the end are the best parts of this video.)

I was in jail for two months. Then jail hospital for a month. Then back to jail for about a week. Then in the psych ward for the rest of the time. I thought I was going to go crazy for missing the beach so much.

So many people act like they feel sorry for me for nothing. Living on the beach is the most liberating thing anyone could do for him/herself.

It is truly a lifestyle.

When I was in captivity, I felt sorry for the dolphins and seagulls that would miss seeing me everyday. I forgot all about the surfers! But there they were when I got out. Jampacking the ocean on their boards waiting for that ultimate, yet elusive, wave. (smile)

I saw a sea lion (seal) but have not seen any dolphins yet. Even the sea gulls seem to be scarcer than usual. But this is only my third day out.

And I am enjoying myself immensely. I have a “lunch” date with Ibni. Bought a cel phone. It’s cool so far. But I had stacked up nearly three bands and spent over 2/3rd on the first day. Hit me up 213.476.4479.

Bought a bike and a tent. I wrote a song while locked up. You can prolly pick up the melody.

A tent, a blanket and a knife…

A tent, a blanket and a knife…

I’m on my way to Malibu and ALL I NEED is

A tent, a blanket and a knife! 🙂

You can substitute a bike for a knife too.

I even sing it like a children’s song and rearrange the order to

A knife, a blanket and a tent, etc…

I got all three. I just don’t like lugging everything around. My plan was to cop a van like Ibni and live that VAN LIFE. In sha Allah, I’ll still manage to work it out.

But I think the reason I got gaffled up is because I told that Brother, he could court me. I have never done that in over ten years of being a Muslim. And as soon as I tell a Brother it’s on, I get the cuffs slapped on. I was quick to tell him, it’s off.

My freedom is non-negotiable. I mean, you would have to provide an option like a garden-fountain courtyard. Knawmean?

Anyway, not much more to report. Just getting back into the swing of things. Trying to decide what I want to do with the rest of my life.

Chilling on the beach is cool but kinda boring. I was cool until I got caught. Now, I’m not feeling it so much. A little, but my forecast is kinda bleak. In time, I’ll prolly get back.

TIME…

What do you think?
