As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Mah Bebies!
I turn the Big KHAMSUUN this year and I’m really feeling myself. So bear with me, I’m an elder now so I’m trying to act old LOL jk I’m six and three quarters on the inside and fifteen on the outside
But, this song was in my head this morning. So, I played it and I wanted to share it with my bebies, young and old (myself too!)
As a youth, I was around some very cruel people. One would say, “Oh, GROW UP!!!” when I really need a hug with the back rub and a ear to hear my woes and a shoulder to cry on.
I still hear the hate in her voice but now, nearing KHAMSUUN, I HAVE LEARNED THAT THE BEST ADVICE IS:
NEVER GROW UP!!!
