As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved Ikhwan!!!

I am at the part of Message To The Blackman; Section “Land of Our Own and Qualifications;” Chapter: “The TRUE SOLUTION”

Our Beloved Messenger, The Most Honourable And Humble Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) taught us that before we can achieve Civil Rights, we must first be recognized as HUMAN BEINGS.

According to the United States Constitution which governs the United States, we are still classified as only three-fifths of a Human Being. So, how can three-fifths of a Human Being receive full benefits as a human being?

It is impossible. We cannot receive CIVIL RIGHTS, rights which are granted to citizens (human beings) until we are recognized as Human Beings. Right?

I am undertaking the steps to update our classification as one hundred per cent HUMAN BEINGS, so that we may receive full recognition as human beings and the RIGHTS therein.

And, The United States Constitution. We must read for ourselves and connect the dots. Mind you, wherever it reads “people” or “person” IT IS NOT REFERRING TO US. We are not considered people or persons. We are considered only three-fifths of a person. So NONE of it, is guaranteed to you, or me. Including the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth amendments.

“We the People (not the Black People, we are not people according to this document. We are only three-fifths of people. And thus, ineligible for any of the Rights guaranteed in this document) of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

The wording is very deceptive.

Article One; Section Two

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.
