Then everything else. I like Country music. There is no hip-hop station here. The only hip-hop Iʻve ever heard on the radio was some watered down female non-threatening crossover “Shoop” by SnP or “Waterfalls.” and some Hawaiians attempt at 16-bars in the bridge of this desultory songs like this dope song that I totally stole the hook. I changed it a little. OMG THEY LOVE REGGAE esp. Loverʻs Rock. Itʻs embarrassing sometimes.

Iʻm not sure about Bey. Probably not because she had to make some Lemonade.

I used to love her!! Nineties. Workouts never play out!!!

Sheʻs married to RADIO PERSONALITY D.J. TOM JOINER.

Iʻm big into fitness. Every semester in college I would take some sort of Physical Fitness. I took Tennis. I had some vintage tennis skirts and dresses that I used to rock. But everybody else had on shorts and t-shirts. I was like OMG. Really???
My instructor was from Texas and she had the best drawl. But she was more into technicalities like how to keep score and the mechanics of a good serve and I was like, CAN WE JUST PLAY??? DANG!!!

I took a couple weight training classes. Those were cool, but the dudes… I was like Dude, Must you be So competitive!!!

Then I took a STEP AEROBIC class that I was like SUPER GOOD at. My teacher used to compete with me.
But I get that ALL the time. My voice class. Tai Ji. I donʻt trip though. I just do it for the fun. Ignoring them.
So then I ended up teaching a class at my daughterʻs dance school. That was fun. I used all Disco and called my class “DISCO CARDIO!!!” Fun times….

I took a dance class. So weird. My teacher was this old white man who taught us how to FOXTROT and MOONWALK!!! LOL!!!

We were talking about fitness at the MASJID. How important it is to stay physically fit.
Your Diet is NUMBER ONE, but you should stay active as well. You know my skateboard is my BFF. I went by the skatepark this morning. It wasnʻt on my itinerarie, but seriously, no true skater can pass a skatepark without going in. I tried. So unsuccessful. And my skateboard is BOO-BOO!!!

Worst board Iʻve ever own. VISION. I think itʻs made by Vans. Also Boo-Boo.

Cannot wait to get my check!!!

Seriously I feel like the other Latifah everytime I think about it.

But it seems like, like she was always trying to soup up her Chevy in “Set It Off,” Iʻm always trying to get ONE MORE THING done on my board. So not funny.

I had totally forgotten there was a half-pipe!!!

Anyway, FULL MOON imo is the perfect time to begin NEW PRACTICES.

Morning Runs. Morning Surfs. After Supper Skates. Evening Promenades… Lunches up and down the stairs. Before the mall opens Window-Shopping and Speed Walks… The possibilities are ENDLESS… GET IT IN!!!
