I was writing this trumpet player who I admire and feel attached to because of my own affinity for classical and jazz and I realized after thirty-five years that although the man I resided with the years of my youth, told me he left the woman I resided with the years of my youth, because I wrote, “I wish I had another mother.” IN MY DIARY.
That he did NOT surely leave her because of something I wrote in my diary.
He left her because she was a horrible wife and he was a coward.

When I heard about a six-year-old boy shooting his teacher, I didnʻt really pay as much attention to it as I should have.

He consciously procured his motherʻs gun, took it to school and SHOT HIS TEACHER.

My first question: WHY?
What could she possibly have done to make him CONSCIOUSLY determine to take those steps
1. Figure out a way to sneak his mothers gun away from her without her knowing
2. Get into the school with it.
3. SHOOT HIS TEACHER

I cannot bear to think about the conditions that poor poor child and his classmates (they had to witness it) endured under this woman, whom he purposely thought “I am going to kill you.”

Then the stupid american government, instead of remedying the situation in the wake of ALL OF THE SCHOOL SHOOTINGS TAKING PLACE IN THEIR GOD-FORSAKEN COUNTRY –
PUT HIS MOTHER IN JAIL.

That poor poor boy.

All Black mothers have known for the last century or more, is when you have children, put them in the best school you can…
She did all she knew.
And her poor son…

As Black girls, all we have is each other.

Iʻm reading Curtʻs book, Right? And I think I already knew, but he didnʻt think 2Pac was a great rapper.
I know.
Heʻs definitely entitled to his opinion. But comparing 2Pacʻs lyrical content with his own…His politics period.
The degradation of women, I have to take out of the equation because it is the same across the board in Hip-Hop.
But MAKAVELI had so much inherent LOVE FOR US.
That Curt, is only NOW beginning to realize.

Plus for him to downplay 2Pacʻs LYRICS!
IT IS UNFATHOMABLE.

2Pac had SO MANY SONGS TRYING TO UPLIFT US AND IMPROVE OUR CONDITION THAT IT IS ALMOST LAUGHABLE FOR 50 CENTS, TO EVEN MENTION HIS NAME.
Does he even have ONE!?!?!
Any television shows trying to elevate our people?
Any products? Programs? Books? Plans? Ideas?

So, my interest is in the ABORIGINAL peoples and our unique physical machinations and what will keep US healthy.
I have learned, in general, that whatever they advertise as good or not good is just the opposite for us.
Sunscreen, electrolytes, no milk, staying inside during rain or excess heat works just opposite for us.
THE MORE SUN WE GET THE BETTER.
Don’t look directly at the Sun.
Those rays are ABSORBED by the melanin in our BLACK EYES and clear our thinking (pineal gland / third eye).
MILK IS ONE OF THE BEST FOODS FOR US. CALCIUM. AND IT CLEANS YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
They do not want us to enjoy the benefits of GOOD HEALTH.
Do just the OPPOSITE of what they advertise.

I know someone who suffers from kidney disease and has to take Insulin.
