یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡخَمۡرُ وَ الۡمَیۡسِرُ وَ الۡاَنۡصَابُ وَ الۡاَزۡلَامُ رِجۡسٌ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ الشَّیۡطٰنِ فَاجۡتَنِبُوۡہُ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۹۰﴾

5:90 O you who believe, intoxicants and games of chance and (sacrificing to) stones set up and (dividing by) arrows³ are only an uncleanness, the devil’s work; so shun it that you may succeed.⁴

اِنَّمَا یُرِیۡدُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ اَنۡ یُّوۡقِعَ بَیۡنَکُمُ الۡعَدَاوَۃَ وَ الۡبَغۡضَآءَ فِی الۡخَمۡرِ وَ الۡمَیۡسِرِ وَ یَصُدَّکُمۡ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ وَ عَنِ الصَّلٰوۃِ ۚ فَہَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّنۡتَہُوۡنَ ﴿۹۱﴾

5:91 The devil desires only to create enmity and hatred among you by means of intoxicants and games of chance, and to keep you back from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. Will you then keep back?⁵

وَ اَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ وَ احۡذَرُوۡا ۚ فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّیۡتُمۡ فَاعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَا عَلٰی رَسُوۡلِنَا الۡبَلٰغُ الۡمُبِیۡنُ ﴿۹۲﴾

5:92 And obey Allah and obey the Messenger and be cautious. 

THE HOLY QURAN

Also Surah 2 Al Baqarah Ayat 219

لۡمَیۡسِرِؕ قُلۡ فِیۡہِمَاۤ اِثۡمٌ کَبِیۡرٌ وَّ مَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ ۫ وَ اِثۡمُہُمَاۤ اَکۡبَرُ مِنۡ نَّفۡعِہِمَا ؕ وَ یَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ مَا ذَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ ۬ؕ قُلِ الۡعَفۡوَؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمُ الۡاٰیٰتِ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَتَفَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱۹﴾ۙ

2:219 They ask you about intoxicants³ and games of chance. Say: In both of them is a great sin and (some) advantage for people, and their sin is greater than their advantage.⁴ 

THEIR SIN IS GREATER THAN ANY HIGH.

Maulana Muhammad Ali gives us a clear definition of intoxicant and it is almost a mirror of Googles definition of the hallucinogenic mushrooms. He described intoxicants as anything that “ALTERS THE SENSES”

A former friend is now using the sale of mushrooms as a form of income.

He throws large parties and offers the drugs for free.

Those who are foolish enough to go and try them then become his source of income.

He has become a sinful scientific DRUG DEALER.

There are a lot of distractions and attractions (music, art, food, socializing/networking) but it is called a CHURCH which should be enough to prevent anyone with knowledge of self from attending.

Do not go near such places and exhort others to shun such people and places.

BREATHE FRESH AIR AND IMBIBE SUNSHINE AND H2O (RAIN).

Get high on LIVING A CLEAN AND PURE LIFE.

Don’t smoke, alcohol, or any thing that alters the senses (drugs) not even over the counter drugs such as Tylenol or Vicks.

Clean up your diet and enjoy the reality of good health, a beautiful appearance, youthful agility and long life. No hallucination. REALITY.

When people try intoxicants it is because something is wrong.

It is most likely your environment and the people in it.

In the nineties I knew people (music) who did Shrooms, Ecstacy (X), Marijuana, tobacco and also alcohol.

In the New Millenium, methamphetamines, lean, fentanyl, heroin, powder cocane and, vaping and opium (hookah).

In Junior High we had to learn about all kinds of different types of intoxicants or anything that alters the senses. Then it was the same as now but I remember LSD or Hell’s Angel Dust (FRIDAY) also a hallucinogen.

It was enough to keep me clean as I am now AL HAMDULILLAH. الحمد لله

I smoked however, and quitting was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.

Music mogul, Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown Records, advised “It is easier to refrain (from intoxicants) than it is to quit.”

Never accept free drugs. They hope to get you hooked and pay their rent. This is Very EVIL.

Just Say “I’m good.” And RUN!!!!
