FROM THE MESSENGER:

FROM THE EDITOR:

IN THE NEWS:

HOW TO KEEP HOUSE: CEILING FANS

HOW TO REAR OUR CHILDREN:

“Mother’s Day” is today.

I think it should rightfully be CHILDREN’S DAY.

We would not be mothers if not for our children.

So fix a big meal or bring a grill and go SURFING with your children today! Word up!😍😍😍😍

GRADUATION TIME ALSO.

Learn how to make fabric flowers.

Make leis for the graduates.

You can probably find tutorials for both on yt.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR HUSBANDS:

Never let him cook for himself.

YOU prepare ALL MEALS!

WHAT’S UP?

HOW TO SEW:

I have noticed that none of the M.G.T. and G.C.C. members that I have seen wear our official pants-skirt.

We are obligated to make all of our own clothes so I am going to post the pattern.

In sha Allah next time I make one I will create a tutorial.

SEWING THE PANTS-SKIRT

HOW TO COOK:

I got sick not too long ago and I remembered that to get rid of a cold you have to remove it from your body.

I think people forgot how to blow your nose, cough and spit phlegm out of your body will get you good health again.

STAY HOME AND DO THIS.

GO OUTSIDE GET FRESH AIR AND SUNSHINE OR RAIN AND YOU WILL BE WELL

EAT FRESH FRUIT

VEGETABLE SOUPS

FAST.

RELAX YOUR MIND AND BODY AND THINK POSITIVELY!!!

HOW TO ACT:

Tennis is en vogue currently. White folk trying to make as much money as they can by halving courts and calling it by another name. :/

But being from Los Angeles, tennis is a very common OUTDOOR physical activity.

FUN IN THE SUN!

🥰😘🌷🌿🌷🌿🌞

I have been playing as long as I can remember.

There are courts at parks in every neighborhood, even the ghetto. South Central. Watts. Compton. The Williams Sisters are from Compton.

I took a class in college and tennis skirts were en vogue back then. The nineties. I bought a couple of vintage dresses from thrift stores and used to wear them to class (and other places 😘) but everybody else just wore regular sports attire like t-shirts or sweats.

Tennis is fun but there is a side to it that most are not aware of.

The nature of the game makes it a very sociable sport.

It is played one on one or doubles.

I refer to my husband/zawji as my doubles for life partner just to give you an idea 😊😍

Visit any tennis court and you will find plaques or memorabilia of past couples who have left their mark at that court. 😍

So GEAR is important to me in everything. You must be outfitted.

Let me say this first!

As with with any sport, NEVER COMPETE!

Gain the rewards of EXERCISE and COMRADERIE!

VOLLEY AND DON’T TRY TO SCORE.

TRY TO HIT THE BALL IN A MANNER THAT WILL MAKE IT EASY FOR YOUR “OPPONENT” TO RETURN IT TO YOU AND YOU CAN REPEAT UNTIL YOU FEEL SUFFICIENTLY EXERCISED.

If you read the Funnies you know Snoopy’s partner is stressing out.

JUST HAVE FUN!

I am still researching the name “tennis.”

In the seventies when I was a youth tennis was very popular “Anyone for tennis?” was a common phrase and icebreaker. Some put it on license plates

As a player, I can bear witness to the difficulty in finding a partner. I travel and have found partners but then there’s scheduling…😔

Back to your fit…

Let us start with your HEAD and your TOES. 😂

Sun visors are preferable for most…

I believe CONVERSE is the perfect shoe.

CHUCKIES for B-Ball and JACKIES for 10S

I always get red but they are not selling them this season.

Here is a link to CONVERSE.COM

FOR YOUR IN-BETWEEN

Please don’t go out half-naked like the christians.

I skate, TENNIS, bicycle, jog and everything else in my M.G.T. and G.C.C. uniform. So you can too!

You can make your own tennis pants-skirt by checking out the HOW TO SEW section. SCROLL UP 😘

Here are the original tennis skirts:

IN CONCLUSION

I want to say a little more to you BEAUTIFUL TAR BLACK PEOPLE.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be extremely selective when choosing a doubles partner for life.

THE DEVIL CAUCASIANS ARE ACTIVELY TRYING TO DESTROY US.

NO ONE CAN MAKE CHOCOLATE BUT YOU.

SO DO! 😊😍😘😄

THE UNIVERSE THANKS YOU!

SHUKRAN!
