ALL OF THE SECURITY HAD TO BE ACTIVE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
HIS MOTIVE WAS A PROMOTION AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
TOWARDS THE END OF THE BOOK, HE IS ESSENTIALLY BEGGING FOR FORGIVENESS.
