I remembered yet another event in OURSTORY that occurred during the EIGHTH MONTH.

THE WATTS REBELLION OF 1965.

I lived in Watts during the fiftieth anniversary of this moment in time and spoke to a Sister who remembered the event.

She informed me that a Brother whose wife had gone into labour was detained by police who shot and killed him. He Never Made It To The Hospital

AND WATTS EXPLODED!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

IT WAS A VERY HOT SUMMER IN WATTS THE EIGHTH MONTH 1965!!! BLACKAUGUST

This year will commemorate exactly SIXTY years since this obstruction of JUSTICE occurred.

An event that was repeated! Immediately following the unjust NOT GUILTY verdict for the lawless police officers who beat and brutalized RODNEY KING nearly to death in 1992 and THE BLACK COLONY IN LOS ANGELES which was once ALL known as WATTS EXPLODED YET AGAIN!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Therapy is really important in ensuring we are calm and collected at all times.

There are several forms of therapy I am familiar with that are less expensive than seeking a psychiatrist or other mental or physical health professional.

Really just taking time out of your busy schedule to reflect on what is really important in life instead of the paper chase.

Meditation can be a walk in a quiet area or a swim or a cup of tea… Just Pause and Exhale…

Hobbies like carpentry building small or large crafts with wood from a bird feeder to furniture

Exercise – biking running walking swimming tennis jogging skating – No ORGANIZED sports Just exercise…

Aromatherapy

Hydrotherapy

Music therapy

I discovered a self “pamper” treatment that works wonders for myself.

Olive Oil for one is an excellent way to maintain homeostasis or lower your blood pressure. POUR LIGHTLY OVER ENTIRE BODY AFTER WARM BUBBLE BATH….😔

Then “HAIRAPY”

IT RHYMES WITH THERAPY. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It sounds simple but put into practice can yield phenomenal results.

1. Obtain a GOOD BRUSH . I recommend REVLON. One with firm plastic widely spaced bristles and little massaging ball points on the tip of each bristle.
2. Moisturize hair thoroughly with water and Olive Oil.
3. Brush from the top down around entire scalp
4. Brush from the forehead to the back of the neck
5. Brush from the back of the neck forward toward the forehead
6. Brush to both sides
7. Brush upward toward the top of the scalp

Add more water and oil as needed.

If there is any hair in the brush remove and BURY as we are Royalty and our body parts should be treated and disposed of as such. Never just throw away your hair or nail clippings as if you are garbage. Treat them as sacred and give them a proper burial. Say “BISMILLAH.”

One day your body will die just as the hair and nail clippings. Would you want your body to be thrown away as rubbish?

Then treat your dead cells known as hair and nails as you would the rest of your body and return them to the Earth. الحمد لله

Should not spend less than thirty minutes on the entire HAIRAPY SESSION.

You will probably want to take a nap afterwards due to such relaxation Absolutely indulge yourself! 🥰🥰🥰😇

You can also hairapy after Isha and before retiring.

HAIRAPY is an excellent way to bond with your daughter (s). You can brush out any troubles or concerns and create memories that will form an unbreakable bond.

Also can treat your Zawj, son(s), Good friends and family 🥰🥰🥰🥰

IN CONCLUSION
