Last Thursday, as I was in Sujuud, a pair of food bearing visitors approached. I just pulled my curtain and they got the hint.

Later, I thought, “What a noble and generous way to spend THANKSGIVING?”
Actually GIVING!

Most people get caught up in the Thanks and forget all about the Giving. 🙂

In Islam, Charity/Zakat/Sadaqa is synonymous with Good Works. It is how we ask for Allah’s forgiveness. By giving – We are forgiven. 🙂

May Allah Bless us with a Successful Ramadhan and help us with our intention (nia) to continue to eat the same way in the next year and the rest of our lives, or every other day, or every seven days. 🙂

Read this. Especially the Chapters on Fasting 13, 14, and 15. 🙂

I saw a video awhile back with a Brother and his wife technically bringing back STEP AEROBICS. STOKED!

I used to teach DISCO-CARDIO back when it first came out and with my sk8board!!! So totally hyped up when I searched.

So totally disappointed to learn that they use church music. Sounds like trap then they start thanking Jesus and it gets really annoying. 😒

Still. Inspired to supplement my  太極拳.

Al Hamdulillah I still remember the basic steps. With some music….I still dig disco. I keep a DISCO PLAYLIST. It is impossible not to move.
