AS-SALAAMU ‘ALAIKUM!

I used to think that, “How was your Summer?” was the saddest combination of words in the English Language, I LOVED SUMMER SO MUCH, I never realized when it was over after I stopped attending school. Until one fateful day when someone casually asked me that dreadful question.

Now that I have accepted my own and can be myself, I love the change of seasons just like I love everything else in life. I love everyday. The surprise in never knowing what to expect! The promise of Allah’s Blessings make every day an adventure. I wake up optimistic and Allah Never Fails to Deliver on His Promises of MONEY, A GOOD HOME AND FRIENDSHIPS IN ALL WALKS OF LIFE (Upon our submission to Him).

Al Hamdulillah! All Praise Is Due To Allah!

Being an M.G.T. (Muslim Girls’ Training) has made my life so wonderful, I can’t even find the words to express my joy. It is indescribable finally being yourself after growing up mentally dead. I was reared Christian. And in a way I am glad. Because I know both religions so I can contrast them as one who is informed. I ALWAYS LOVED GOD. But like every other Christian, I just didn’t know Who He Is. 😦

How could I know who God is, when I didn’t even know who I was?

But All Praise is Due to Allah for The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) for Teaching us the Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding that would give us the Power, Light and Life that we have wanted to know all of our lives.

I am doing my BEST to share with you, my Black Sisters, the things we need to know to be successful. But before you can even attempt to be yourself, you have to know whom yourself is. ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE CREATED MUSLIM. WE ARE MUSLIMS WHEN WE ARE BORN.

THE SLAVEMASTERS TAUGHT OUR FOREPARENTS CHRISTIANITY AND THEY PASSED IT DOWN TO US. WE ARE BORN MUSLIMS. ISLAM IS THE NATURE IN WHICH WE WERE CREATED. BY CLAIMING TO BE CHRISTIANS, WE ARE ACCEPTING A RELIGION THAT IS OTHER THAN OURSELVES, WHICH IS WHY WE ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL. CHRISTIANITY IS A WHITEMAN’S RELIGION. THEY ORGANIZED IT TO MAKE SLAVES OF BLACKMANKIND AND WE HAVE SWALLOWED IT HOOK, LINE AND SINKER, TO THE POINT WHERE WE THINK WE ARE MORE CHRISTIAN THAN THE DEVILS WHO MADE IT UP.

When Allah (God) Created the Black Nation, He Gave Us ISLAM As A WAY OF LIFE. Islam is the way of life that Allah Gave Us When He Created Us. Do you think he would create us and not teach us HOW To Live And Serve Him???

Christianity did not come until 451 years ago. Why would God give people a religion so late in the game? Wouldn’t He know the future? Why not give us a religion from the beginning that will last forever? What kind of God has to change His religion? Allah Has NEVER changed His religion. He Gave Us Islam in the beginning of the Universe and He Wants us to Practice ISLAM today. Our devil slavemasters did not and DO NOT want us to practice Islam. So, they did not and will NEVER teach us The Truth of It. They killed our parents, who were Muslims when they were brought here in chains, after they birthed their first babies, so that they could not teach their children their way of life.

This left the slavemasters free to teach us whatever they wanted to – a religion that would make us harmless slaves – known as Christianity. Christianity is not your religion, nor was it the religion of your righteous foreparents, Sisters. Give it back to your slavemaster along with his name and ACCEPT YOUR OWN –

Your Own Name – A HOLY NAME OF ALLAH THAT WILL LIVE FOREVER

Your Own Religion – ISLAM

Your Own God – ALLAH

And Your Own People – THE BLACK PEOPLE OF THE EARTH.

Unless you accept Islam, you will NEVER be successful. You can go through the motions but eventually (when the FIRE comes) none of it will matter unless you are a Muslim.

The world changed in the fifties and the sixties. This tumultuous decade brought about the Black Power Movement, wherein Black People united to protest against their second-class citizenship. The devil used this opportunity to utilize his sure-fire, time-tested tactic of divide and conquer to disrupt what little Black unity we had and, just as Our Beloved Messenger (PBUH) warned us he would do, used his woman as his last weapon.

All of a sudden, the devil woman is no longer content with being a housewife, she wants to go out and work like her husband. The Blackwoman, naturally attracted to her (opposite) enemy, follows suit, abandons the Black man and along with the infiltration of COINTELPRO, brings about an abrupt end to The Black Power Movement.

With integration came intermarriage and away went the days of decorum and traditional values. No one wanted to dress nice anymore. Jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes became acceptable attire whereas before it was suits and ties and laced-up dress shoes. No one cared about wearing colors that were in harmony with the time of year anymore. No one cared about too much of anything anymore. White men began to let their hair grow like they did when they were in the caves. And their loyal slaves followed suit. Once again the influence of Islam was taken in the wrong direction, with Black women wearing their hair natural but sticking out all over their head (Afro).

By the arrival of the Seventies, suits and ties, hats and gloves could only be seen on Sundays among the regular working class (poor). Casual had become the uniform. Women were competing with men in the workplace and the children were/are running amok.

ISLAM CIVILIZES YOU.

ISLAM CLEANS YOU UP.

ISLAM MAKES YOU RESPECTED BY THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH.

CHRISTIANITY MAKES YOU A SLAVE.

THERE IS NO SALVATION IN THE WHITE RACE’S CHRISTIANITY.

Once you accept your own (Islam), you can be yourself and return to your nature, Sisters. Islam proves to you that the traditional ways of living are correct. Some people think that in order to be traditional you cannot utilize the current forms of technology like the Internet and even cell phones. That is just plain foolish. Once, I asked my Great-Grandmother (who was born in 1901) what she thought about the technological changes (she remembered a time before indoor electricity) and she said, “Things just got better.” 

Technology (Internet and cell phones) allows us to communicate and gather information easier and much more efficiently. Lifestyle is the manner in which we live, such as the clothes we wear, the attainment, choices and preparation of the foods we eat, the decorating and maintenance of the homes we live in, and the manner in which we carry ourselves, including our language. THESE are the areas in which we need to return to tradition.

We must have a complete reversal in our way of thinking. First, comes Islam. Then everything else will fall into place. When you accept The NEW Islam and you can only receive that From The LAST and GREATEST Messenger of Allah – The Honorable and Humble Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him), you begin to recognize that this world is completely upside down. It is to the point where what is right is considered as wrong and what is wrong is accepted as right. “The devil [Caucasian] makes evil fair-seeming,” according to the Holy Qur-an.

I am at the point now, where my perspective is that, “If America likes it, I hate it. And if America hates it, I love it.”

It makes everything much simpler for me.

One of the first things I learned about The Nation of Islam is that the color of the Sisters’ Holy Garments corresponds with the Seasons of the Year. I remembered reading books and learning things like “You don’t wear white after Labor Day.” I thought that was cool, but didn’t really know anybody who subscribed to that Law. I knew there was something known as “Winter White” which I assumed was the acceptable white to be worn after Labor Day. But I didn’t know anybody who cared about such social conventions. The following is a list of some of the things we should do around the house as the Seasons Change.

*DO A THOROUGH “SPRING” CLEANING

*REARRANGE FURNITURE

*CHANGE LINEN (BEDSPREAD, CURTAINS, BATHROOM TOWELS, RUGS AND SHOWER CURTAIN) TO COORDINATE WITH THE SEASON (SPRING, SUMMER, AUTUMN, WINTER)

*PACK UP SUMMER OR WINTER CLOTHES

*BREAK OUT AUTUMN OR SPRING CLOTHES

AUTUMN IS THE BEST TIME TO RE-STOCK PAPER AND OFFICE PRODUCTS (BACK TO SCHOOL)

*RINSE OFF YOUR HOUSE

*MAKE SURE TO KEEP FRESH FLOWERS IN THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM AND LIVING ROOM

***REMEMBER JUST BECAUSE THE WEATHER WARMS UP DOES NOT MEAN YOUR CLOTHES COME OFF!!! WEAR COOL FABRICS LIKE LINEN AND OTHER BREATHABLE FABRICS IN WARMER WEATHER AND NO SANDALS!***
