MY MEMORIES OF US

PROPERTY OF HIP HOP

1. Received a note from a boy I didn’t know. Asked me if I liked him. Don’t remember what I said. Most likely, “Yes” considering the turn of events that followed.

  1. You rubbing your feet on the carpet and shocking me. Ouch! I don’t know how you did that. Boys…
  2. A butterfly landed on you and I was so JEALOUS!!! I had no idea how rare an occurrence that was. I’ve never seen anything close to that again in my life. I guess that was Allah’s way of pointing you out to me as “The One for Me.”
  3. You showed me honeysuckle and how to partake of its sweetness.
  4. You having two last names.
  5. Me writing down the lyrics to love songs and timidly giving them to you.
  6. Blue Jay finally being alone together and our classmates pulling us apart, breaking my heart to this day, it hurts. Finally alone together. And never able to get back together since.
  7. Basketball games. I seem to recall you being the youngest (smallest) member of the team.
  8. Rancho Cienega – you told me you didn’t play baseball. You played Basketball. That was the coolest thing I had ever heard in my life. They didn’t even have a gym yet. I guess that’s why you were at the playground with me. 🙂 1929072_1058754600951_3024531_n
  9. Saw you at L.A. and didn’t know who you were. Stephanie Trice told me you were “A.J.” now. I thought that was cool. But still thought of you as My Jamal.
  10. Tennis
  11. First kiss by the girls’ gym. Braces and all.
  12. Walking to work holding hands and passing The Merchant of Tennis which is gone now. 😦
  13. You told me you played tennis at Jim Gilliam. I had never even heard of that park back then.
  14. Ditching class on the stairs listening to your Walkman. Patti Labelle and that devil. I hated that song. Now, I know why. Sweetheart with the devil; Go to hell with the devil.
  15. Going to Burger King and you borrowing money to buy me something.
  16. You and Al coming over and me getting mad because you would always be in the office with my father.
  17. Al jumping in front of and getting hit by a car and ending up with a broken leg. Crazy! I don’t remember him coming with you to my house after that.
  18. Sitting on the couch, listening to Stephanie Mills feel good all over (I hated that song too), not wanting to go to work and you making me.
  19. Me getting mad and poking my bottom lip out and you flicking it making me laugh.
  20. You wanting me to go to your Homecoming. I didn’t even ask. I knew my parents wouldn’t let me go to a night dance.
  21. Writing a rap about you that I lost. I think I gave you a copy. Hope I did anyway. All I could remember was the first line. “I know this COLD-CRUSH guy. His name’s A.J.”
  22. Laughing at you because you couldn’t dance.
  23. You doing the Guess with your hand behind your head when you went low.
  24. Singing A.J. by K.B.

  25. Pee-Wee’s Playhouse
  26. You working at cool Intellitoys in The Beverly Center while everybody else worked at the food court.
  27. You making me feel good about my jacked-up braids.
  28. At some point your mom took you out of L.A
  29. Thought you were cheating on me with a white girl at your new school and didn’t have the confidence to ask you about it. Gave up and just started cheating you.
  30. Suddenly you didn’t want to talk to me anymore when I called and you never calling me.
  31. Being at the Beverly Center and we must’ve seen Michael Bivins and you made me feel stupid for still liking him. “You still like him?” (Thank-you for that, Bae)
  32. Saw you at Paradise
  33. You Leading me up the stairs to V.I.P.
  34. Slow-Dancing to “Adore” every week
  35. You buying me a rose seems like every week
  36. Asking how you got so good at dancing and you saying, “I practiced.”
  37. Being in the audience with Michelle cracking on your suit and then you leaping from the audience onto the stage like Plasticman or something, stunning the whole audience and shutting her up. That was the dopest thing I have ever SEEN in my life.
  38. YOU BUGGING ME ABOUT THAT BELT!
  39. You coming up to the Plantation and taking me to Taco Bell where they had that un-carbonated soda that was super-sweet. It’s a subway station now.
  40. Me and Michelle driving you and Kaiu to some party.
  41. You not wanting to talk to me again all of a sudden.
  42. You kissing my daughter (who shares your initials, 😉 ) ON THE MOUTH at Venice Beach and left me feeling dejected wanting you to kiss me too. 😥
  43. Seeing you at that party on 59th and Alviso that Damu told us about earlier that day at the Fox Hills Mall. And being the only girl slam-dancing with you guys to that song by those devils.
  44. My cousin having a picture of you out of some magazine (you had dreadlocks and mudcloth on) on her mirror. :/
  45. Asking my cousin if she could have any man in the world who would she choose and you were my choice unquestionably.
  46. Seeing you at The Roots’ show, I don’t know how many times. Once some Indian girl asked me if I wanted to stand near you. I shook my head vigorously, “No.” I was insecure back then. Never, no more.
  47. Seeing you at that birthday party that I realized later must have been for you and you kissed me on my lips and sent me spinning. I managed to make it outside before I had to sit down and nearly passed out. #seriously
  48. Seeing you at that club, I think it was called Chocolate something, and the next week again, it was your birthday.
  49. Going back to the same club and giving you a rose and the lyrics to Endless Love.
  50. Being in the pool/Jacuzzi at that hotel when The DF was in town. And the party in Bel Air.
  51. Seeing you at the club for the last time. That was the best night of my life. Oh, to be able to sit on your lap and cuddle up with you with your arms around me! That was the closest I’ve ever been to Heaven. Perplexed, wondering why none of your friends said anything about me sitting on your lap.25935_1360730135671_389964_n
  52. You waking me up at 10:22 and making me think about you at 10:22 twice a day every day ever since.
  53. Not being able to get you off my mind until today.
  54. Coming back and it was a completely different scene.
  55. Your wife being so interested in me.
  56. Ma’Kaya as uncomfortable as I was.
  57. You asking me where was my camera, which I had completely forgotten about for the next 15 years. Someone stole it before I ever had a chance to view the footage of you.
  58. You taking me home in that cool little Supra. And you HATING The Dogg Pound. “What is this?” Me testing you to open the sunroof that I knew you had never opened and you doing it!!! I was so impressed by your strength and determination and ultimate success.
  59. Wanting to wear your Shawn Kemp jersey as if it were a dress to whatever awards show you were working at.
  60. You again, not wanting to talk to me anymore.
  61. You telling the police your name like it means something.
  62. Me feeling so disgusted at the pride you showed saying it.
  63. The police taking my sunglasses off my head.
  64. You telling me to “Never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never come back.”
  65. You telling your neighbors some story about me that I wanted to hear SO BADLY.
  66. On my way to your house and Erika showing up out of nowhere and taking me to the movies instead.
  67. On my way to your house again, but hearing all those “Nevers” in my head, and ending up at the police station where I sat for hours until they took me to the hospital.
  68. Trying to replace you and getting burned every time.
  69. Reading about and going to your show. And leaving so embarrassed, when the D.J. played “Ms. Fat Booty.” :/ Too many “nevers” still in my head to try to get backstage to see you.
  70. Finding you on Myspace, right after you signed up.
  71. Being so happy to be able to actually send you the actual song instead of just the lyrics. Allah U Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) for technology!
  72. You having a show with Acey and asking me to come. But I couldn’t. I would now.
  73. Missing you. Wanting you. Loving you. Coping by writing poetry.
  74. Wondering when I was going to see you again. I knew it was going to happen eventually. You had been in my life all this time, popping up unexpectedly. So, since I didn’t go to the club anymore at all, I figured it would be in Leimert. Then I heard you were performing at the Artwalk. But it was at night, so I couldn’t go.
  75. Trying to get my mind right so, I would be cool when I finally saw you again. It was inevitable.
  76. Learning where you worked and resumed my pursuit.
  77. Being cool while you were trembling like a leaf. Why didn’t you look into my eyes, Baby? You know what was there. Love. Love. Love. And you knew you were not deserving of it in there with a devil. Couldn’t handle it. But it’s still here (LOVE). Still. Still. Still. Still. After all this time. I still love you. I’m so sorry for hurting you. Please Forgive Me. I don’t have any other options. I have learned over the last thirty years that you are meant for me. Allah (God) told me I was put here to submit to Him and to serve you.  I cannot marry another. You are the only man for me. You are the BEST and I’ll not settle for less. I’ll just wait until you come to the same conclusion. We were made for each other and no one else is going to work for either of us. We are SOULMATES. Trying to make it work with anybody else is a waste of time. I know this and you will soon come to know. I’ll be waiting. Still. I’ll Always Love You.

EARLY R&B PROTEST SONG

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Sisters,

This song was banned from the radio. I say it enough to make you nauseous. BOYCOTT THE MEDIA. The white-dominated media, next to Christianity, is the primary cause of our self-hate. There is NOTHING of good on the television, radio, magazines, newspapers, books, movies, billboards and anything else I missed, for the Asiatic Black Nation in the Wilderness of North America or anywhere else on the Earth.

This song was our way of voicing our protest over the murderous actions of the Ku Klux Klan towards our own people and the devils BANNED it as if WE were the ones committing murder!

It’s just like if a white person attacks a Black person every thing is cool until the Black person starts fighting back. Then they send out the National Guard to arrest the BLACK PERSON!

The white race is a race of devils. All Praise is Due To Allah, Master Fard Muhammad, for The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). You will believe Us one of these days.

Universal made this cartoon.

Believe me now?

Chapter 18

Original Man

Know Thyself

It is knowledge of self that the so-called Negroes lack which keeps them from enjoying freedom, justice and equality. This belongs to them divinely as much as it does to other nations of the earth.

It is Allah’s (God’s) will and purpose that we shall know ourselves. Therefore He came Himself to teach us the knowledge of self. Who is better knowing of who we are than God, Himself? He has declared that we are descendants of the Asiatic Black Nation and the Tribe of Shabazz.

You might ask, who is this Tribe of Shabazz? Originally, they were the tribe that came with the earth (or this part) 66 trillion years ago when a great explosion on our planet divided it into two parts. One we call earth and the other moon.

This was done by one of our scientists, God, who wanted the people to speak one language, one dialect for all, but was unable to bring this about. He decided to kill us by destroying our planet, but still he failed. We were lucky to be on this part, earth, which did not lose its water in the mighty blasting away of the part called moon.

We, the Tribe of Shabazz, says Allah (God), were the first to discover the best part of our planet to live on. The rich Nile Valley of Egypt and the present seat of the Holy City, Mecca, Arabia.

The origin of our kinky hair, says Allah, came from one of our dissatisfied scientists, 50,000 years ago, who wanted to make all of us tough and hard in order to endure the life of the jungles of East Asia (Africa) and to overcome the beasts there. But he failed to get the others to agree with him.

He took his family and moved into the jungle to prove to us that we could live there and conquer the wild beasts, and we have. So, being the first and the smartest scientist on the deportation of our moon and the one who suffered most of all, Allah (God) has decided to place us on the top with a thorough knowledge of self and His guidance.

We are the mighty, the wise, the best, but do not know it. Being without the knowledge, we disgrace ourselves, subjecting ourselves to suffering and shame. We could not get the knowledge of self until the coming of Allah. To know thyself is to know all men, as from us came all and to us all will return.

I must keep warning you that you should be give up the white race’s names and religion in order to gain success. Their days of success are over. Their rule will last only as long as you remain asleep to the knowledge of self.

Awake and know that Allah has revealed the truth. Stop believing in something coming to you after you are physically dead. That is untrue, and no one can show any proof of such belief.

Again, know that Jesus was only a prophet and cannot hear you pray any more than Moses or any other dead prophet. Know too, that this white race was created to be the enemy of black mankind for 6,000 years, which makes their number to be six. That is not your number or mine. We do not have a number, because we have no birth record. Do not let anyone fool you. This is the separation and the War of Armageddon.

THE BIBLE’S TEACHING ON THE HONORABLE ELIJAH MUHAMMAD (PBUH)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

793px-elijah-muhammad-meeting-1964-detail

“Behold, I will send you Elijah, the prophet, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

(Malachi 4:5-6)

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Dearly Beloved Black Queens,

Our Beloved Messenger, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) is the “Elijah” prophesied of in these last two verses of the Old Testament.

These last two verses of the Old Testament, mark the ending of the whiteman’s world. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (PBUH) comes at the end of this world. The Bible calls it in these scriptures,“The great and dreadful day of the Lord…”

The “fathers” mentioned in the sixth verse are our Brothers and Sisters in Asia and Africa, from whom we were stolen and brought to America. We, the so-called American Negroes, are represented as the “children.”

Our Beloved Messenger (PBUH), was taught the Knowledge and the Wisdom that we must have to qualify ourselves to return home to our land and people.

He taught us ISLAM, which is the dominant religion of the East, which caused our people to love and accept us, which they would never have done as long as we were in the slavemaster’s religion of Christianity and going in the meaningless names of our slavemasters.

The proof is in the acceptance of the former World Champion, Muhammad Ali by the people of Asia and Africa.

Just a change of name caused the former “Cassius Clay” to be respected and worshipped by his Asiatic Brothers and Sisters the world over.

You must remember that slave-names will keep you a slave in the eyes of the civilized world today. You have seen, and recently, that Africa and Asia will not honor you or give you any respect as long as you are called by the white man’s name. The example was evident when I took Muhammad Ali (the World’s Heavyweight Champion) out of the white man’s name (the name itself made him a servant and slave to the white man). All Africa and Asia then acclaimed him as being their champion. This shows you that all of the previous black men of America who were bestowed with the title of the world’s heavyweight champion were only exalting the white man of America, Europe and Australia. Their people said nothing because they were not theirs and were not enhancing their honor among the people of the world. Just a change of name has given Brother Muhammad Ali a name of honor and a name of praise that will live forever (its meaning). His people of the near and far East acclaimed him and laid the red carpet for him to come among them as a prince.”

– MESSAGE TO THE BLACKMAN IN AMERICA, page 43

Additionally, I have learned that many Christians have been taught that the “Elijah” mentioned in these scriptures is John the Baptist. :/

I don’t know how they came to that conclusion. Wait, yes I do. Their pastors, who were taught by the devil liars, taught them this lie.

It clearly reads “ELIJAH.” But the white race are a race of devils and the devil is a lie. You cannot expect him to teach you the Truth.

you do not have to take anything the white race says for truth

In the New Testament, Jesus prophesied of the coming of Our Beloved Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him) under the Hebrew translation of Elijah –  “Elias” – in the book of Matthew, chapter 11, verse 14.

“And if you will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.”

So, all you Christians, who are so in Love with Jesus, here Jesus said, “ELIJAH.” So “if you will receive it” from Jesus, “THIS IS ELIJAH.”

In the first few minutes of this groundbreaking lecture, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (PBUH) teaches us the TRUTH of EXACTLY whom the Elijah of the Bible is referring to.

THE JUDGEMENT OF THE WORLD IS NOW!

PERSECUTION FOLLOWS THE COMING OF GOD

wpid-img_23323696512571.jpeg

Chapter 14

Persecution Follows the Coming of God

He (Mr. W.F. Muhammad, God in person) chose to suffer 3 1/2 years to show His love for His people, who have suffered over 300 years at the hands of a people who by nature are evil and wicked and have no good in them. He was persecuted, sent to jail in 1932, and ordered out of Detroit, on May 26, 1933. He came to Chicago in the same year and was arrested almost immediately on his arrival and placed behind prison bars.

He submitted Himself with all humbleness to his persecutors. Each time he was arrested, he sent for me so that I might see and learn the price of Truth for us, the so-called American Negroes (members of the Asiatic nation).

He was well able to save himself from such suffering, but how else was the scripture to be fulfilled? We followed in his footsteps, suffering the same persecution.

My people are yet sound asleep to the knowledge of the good that is being carried on for their deliverance. The whole world of our kind awaits the awakening, and our awakening is the last step in the Resurrection and Judgment of the world. It is a sin that we were put so soundly to sleep. The end of the world has arrived, and most of us know it not. Our enemies’ greatest desire is that we remain asleep. My people fight and oppose the God of our own salvation.

Allah chose for us Islam as a religion. He desires to set us in Heaven at once, on condition that we submit to Him and accept the religion of Islam, the religion of God and His Prophets. In this religion (Islam), He offers us universal friendship, and we who have submitted to Him know this to be true.

We know white people have and will continue to prosecute anyone who offers help to us, the so-called American Negroes (Asiatics). Should persecution or even death stop the worthy help that will save the lives of the so-called Negroes? No, it shall not.

The so-called Negroes are absolutely friendless and have sought in vain friendship from their enemies, due to the ignorance of self and their enemies. Now they are offered universal friendship if they will only accept their own (Allah and Islam).

Seek first the friendship of your own people and then the friendship of others (if there is any friendship in the others).

We have made the grave mistake of Lazarus and the Prodigal Son, (St. Luke: Chapter 15), the one who was so charmed over the wealth and food of the rich man that he could not leave his gate to seek the same for himself,- regardless of the disgraceful condition in which the rich man puts him, even to sending his dogs to attack him. The angels had to come and take him away.

The other (Prodigal Son), being tempted by the loose life of strange women, drinking, gambling, and adultery, caused him to love the stranger’s way of life so much so that it cost him all that he originally possessed (self-independence and Divine Guidance). His Father (God in person) had to come and be his representative to again meet his brothers, family, and friends.

Nothing fits the description of us better, the so called Negroes (Asiatics). Many of us today are so lazy that we are willing to suffer anything rather than go for self. It is true that our God has come to set us in Heaven, but not a Heaven wherein we will not have to work.

Fear is the worst enemy that we have, but entire submission to Allah (God) and His Messenger will remove this fear. The white race put fear in our foreparents when they were babies, so says the word of Allah.

We must have for our peace and happiness (the 17,000,000 so-called Negroes) that which other nations have.

This beforementioned peace and happiness cannot come under any other flag but our own. If God desires for us such joy, why shouldn’t we give up begging and be real men and sit with the rulers of the earth, ruling our own?

Our first step is to give back to the white man his religion (Christianity), his church, and his names. These three are chains of slavery that hold us in bondage to them. We are free when we give up the above three.

The so-called Negroes must know that they have been deceived and must be brought face to face with God and the devil. They must get away from the old slavery teaching that Jesus, who was killed 2,000 years ago, is still alive somewhere waiting and listening to their prayers.

He was only a prophet like Moses and the other prophets and had the same religion (Islam). He did his work and is dead like others of his time and has no knowledge of their prayers to him.

Since Islam overran mankind in the seventh century after Jesus and is still a power over man, why did not the translators of the Bible mention it? Why didn’t they give us the name of the religions of the prophets, since they claim a religion for Jesus?

NUTMEG

nutmeg anatomy

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Sweet Beautiful and SPICY Asiatic Black Sisters 😉

I don’t know what it is about NUTMEG that is so fascinating. It could be its distinctive, flavorful and feel-good taste but ever since I first learned to distinguish it from cinnamon, I have been an ardent admirer of its aroma and flavor.

This occurred during my “long vacation” back in 1999. We were served Cream of Wheat that was flavored with a spice that I unknowingly mistook for cinnamon. One of the other inmates voiced my inner voice, but was immediately corrected by another Sister, whose name escapes me, that the delightful addition to our breakfast cereal was, in fact, NUTMEG. Only then did I realize that the flavor was not cinnamon as I had previously thought. Ever since then I have enjoyed a fanciful relationship with this intriguing and inciteful spice.

The reason I use the term “inciteful” is because throughout history, NUTMEG has been treasured as a precious commodity and even the Primary cause for dreadful and bloody Wars resulting in the massacre of tens of thousands of original people at the hands of the merciless devils.

nutmeg on tree

Nutmeg is the interior portion of a seed from the fruit of an evergreen tree that is indigenous to the Maluku (Spice) Islands of Indonesia. The scientific name for the most common type of Nutmeg producing tree is Myristica fragrans. This tree is the ONLY plant that produces two different spices: NUTMEG and MACE.

NUTMEG FRUIT OPEN SHOWING MACE COVERED SEED

Mace is a spice that is similar to Nutmeg but according to what I’ve read, (I’ve never tasted it) Mace is more pungent and spicier. I’ve never seen it in stores but I did find it online and was flabbergasted by the costliness. If I ever happen upon the opportunity to sample it, I think it would be interesting to compare the two (Nutmeg and Mace).

In any case, MACE is the waxy red spiny covering (aril) of the Nutmeg seed as illustrated in the picture above. It is flattened, dried and sold either in its solid form or ground. Typically used in cooking, as would Nutmeg be used.

spice_route

NUTMEG is one of the spices popularized and prized during the lucrative spice trade dating as far back as 3000 B.C. For many thousands of years, the source of these delicacies was kept as a secret among the exclusively Arabian traders.

However, in 1511, the Portuguese explorer, Alfonse de Albuquerque overpowered the Maluku Islands and extracted from the citizens the knowledge that the Banda Islands were the producers of the spices that were so prized in Europe and other places. Over the next century the Portuguese sought to control the Islands but were unsuccessful and contented themselves with trading directly with the Malukans. They were, however, able to infiltrate the spice trade ending the Arabian traders monopoly on supplying the commodities to other regions.

In 1595, the Dutch trailed the Portuguese to Indonesia also “discovering” the Spice Islands. But unable to trade their unwanted and impractical goods (thick woolen clothing and damask cloth, completely unsuitable for tropical climates), they sought to dominate Nutmeg productivity and set about gaining control over the entire area.

Using trade as a covert operation, they established the Dutch East Indies Trading Company, and killed 14,000 of the 15,000 indigenous inhabitants of the land and completely colonized the Spice Islands in 1611. The remaining diminished population of only 1,000 Original People, the devils spared only to make them their slaves, cultivating and harvesting the natural resources of their own homeland for the devil oppressors.

The British controlled one small insignificant Island in the Malukas. However, in 1667, at the end of the Second Anglo-Dutch War, they traded it, in exchange for a tiny, useless Dutch controlled island in the Americas, called New Amsterdam (eventually renamed Manhattan!) bringing the Dutch’s monopoly on the Spice Trade to completion.

For a century and a half, The Dutch enjoyed complete autonomy in the exclusive business of trading spices, maintaining exorbitant prices which only the very affluent could afford to pay. Under Dutch control, Nutmeg was a valued culinary accoutrement only accessible to the wealthy.

During this period, The Dutch enforced strict prohibitions on Nutmeg seed distribution, limiting production of the Nutmeg bearing tree to this single area of our Planet. The Dutch went through great pains to contain the production area, including destroying trees that grew as a result of fruit birds spreading the seeds to other islands.

In 1769, during the Napoleonic Wars, the British took advantage of the opportunity to seize the Maluka Islands and for a brief period of four years gained control of the coveted Spice Islands. At the end of the Wars, The First Treaty of Paris returned the Islands to the Dutch, however, their proverbial cat had been let out the bag. During the British dominance, Nutmeg seeds were planted in other areas under British control, including the tiny Caribbean Island of Grenada, the exclusive Nutmeg provider to the United States.

Nutmeg production in Grenada is so pivotal to trade with America that when the small Island revolutionized their government to Socialism and nationalize the nutmeg producing farms, America invaded the tiny island, ostensibly to thwart the spread of communism but also to retain their sway over nutmeg production and distribution.

8 Amazing Health Benefits of Nutmeg
HEALTH BENEFITS OF NUTMEG
  • A glass of milk with a pinch of powdered nutmeg before retiring aids sleep.
  • A pinch of nutmeg in culinary dishes provides trace minerals that keep the immune system strong. Potassium, calcium, iron and manganese are among key minerals found in nutmeg.
  • Just a little nutmeg, ground and mixed with water or honey into a paste, can make skin look clearer and brighter within a few days, reducing scars and alleviating acne. You can also add nutmeg to your face scrub for the same benefits.
  • For centuries, nutmeg has been used as a medicinal spice that brings relief from digestive problems. A little nutmeg grated into soups and stews boosts flavor and also aids in digestion.
  • The traditional spice used in dentistry has been the clove. But nutmeg too has proven antibacterial properties that protect the teeth and gums. Nutmeg oil has eugenol, which brings relief from toothache. It is a common ingredient in toothpaste and combined with cinnamon, makes a powerful antiseptic, antimicrobial paste.
  • Nutmeg helps retain your sharpness in thinking. It contains a natural organic compound called myristicin, which is known to shield your brain against degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
  • The essential oil of nutmeg brings relief from muscular and joint pain.  When applied to a localized area of swelling and discomfort, it alleviates the pain immediately.
  • In wholistic medicine, nutmeg is often prescribed to boost blood circulation and treat kidney infections. Traditional healers believe it also strengthens the liver.

A note of caution: It is almost impossible to overuse nutmeg, because all that’s needed is a tiny pinch to reap its unique taste and nutritional benefits. Even so, overuse of nutmeg is known to cause palpitations, sweating, hallucination and other discomforts, so as with anything else, use this wonderful spice in moderation.

Nutmeg essential oil

The essential oil in Nutmeg can be extracted and used for its aromatherapeutic effect and improvement of mental stability. It is known to soothe, calm and relax strained or stressful constitutions and can also be used as a muscle relaxer.

It has a profound effect on our emotions as well. It diminishes depression, doubt and insecurity resulting in more enjoyment of life and improving confidence, allowing us to maneuver through and cope with life’s fluctuations (ups and downs) with alacrity.

To Show that We’re Justified –
To Return to Our Own –
And Join Hands – Side by Side –

With Our Flag Held Up High –
Finally We’re Back Up To Par –
With FREEDOM, JUSTICE and EQUALITY –
The SUN, MOON and STAR
