AUTUMN fruits and vegetables are abundant and I am loving it!

To think of the WASTE! From just carving them for decorations. I could almost cry.
The seeds!
Can be eaten straight out the pumpkin.
You can accidentally drop them on some EARTH and they will sprout with the SHELLS STILL ON THEM!
ONE SEED CAN PRODUCE PROBABLY TWENTY FRUIT OR MORE
I think you are supposed to harvest the first batch of flowers, which also are supposed to be eaten.
You can just eat them like fruit. Or maybe a garnish. They are the most beautiful ORANGE.
I have found that ORANGE foods are the BEST.
You can just preheat your oven to 350 and put a whole pumpkin in the oven and let it bake for about an hour depending on the size. And let it get really soft and then just eat it. No seasoning or nothing. Believe me or not.
You don’t even have to bake it. You can just bite one and eat it like an apple. And it is delicious!
Then you can eat the seeds!
There are so many it would be a shame not to plant some of them! 🙂
My favorite “pumpkin spice” is ZANZIBIR but cloves are in there also maybe.
ALLSPICE probably has some NUTMEG, CINNAMON.
And if you really wanna get spicy add CARDAMOM.
MINT goes well with absolutely EVERYTHING.

I found a cookbook!!!
It is so much more than a COOKBOOK! It is all about how GAZAN WOMEN are using the little space they have and are providing for themselves and creating an economy for their entire community, thereby FREEING THEMESELVES AND THEIR FUTURE (children) from dependency on GOVERNMENT AID!!! الله اكبر

The recipes are OMG!!! Simple and practical.
I have only read a few, but in The Nation we are very conscious of the need to be prepared in the event of emergencies and this book mentions “CANNING PARTIES” 🙂 الله اكبر
Sweets are canned into jams/preserves or MURABIYYA معربيه and non-sweets are canned into pickles or MUHALAL محلال (it has been soaked in vinegar or some type of acid making it HALAL OR MUHALAL 🙂 ). How simple is that? 🙂
I also learned that to ensure your food does not contain any swine or its byproducts, the Jews do what is called like SALTING/BRINING and then WATERING wherein you soak your food in some type of acid like salt or vinegar or lime for like five hours and then soak in water and this will make any and everything halal/kosher.
THIS IS THE WORD HALAL IN ARABIC
حلال
So you recognize it whenever you see حلال or a K (kosher)
You know that that food is Halal 🙂
Meaning Okay for us to eat. 🙂
They used to call it “curing” but that was for the actual swine flesh and that doesn’t work because there might be some that develop AFTER it has been “cured” which explains why that term is not used anymore.
There is NO WAY to make the filthy divinely prohibited poison animal okay or halal!!!

Start a co-op some sort of communal gathering wherein you can share resources, ideas and recipes and work together to form your own economies. Ultimately freeing yourself and your future generations from dependency!

HERE IS A SIMPLE SOLUTION FOR MUHALALING YOUR NON-SWEETS, SUCH AS CUCUMBERS, WATERMELON RINDS, LEMONS, AUBERGINE/EGGPLANT, TOMATOES, ETC…
7 cups (1 1/2 Liter) WATER
6 Tablespoons (110 grams) SALT
1/4 cup VINEGAR
1/2 teaspoon HONEY
Mix ingredients then pour into your jars and fill with your non-sweet, then CAN ! 🙂
For the MUARABIYYA
Just boil your fruit with honey until it becomes syrupy, then CAN!!! 🙂
You can use tangerines and make “marmelade” but only share with close friends because that stuff is POTENT!!! NO CAP!
You can use apples, pineapples, mangoes, pumpkin (but I think the pumpkin you should salt and water first because it’s always kind of LARGE and maybe some germs might be in them so better safe than sorry 🙂 ) figs, persimmons, pomegranate, apricots, peaches, and anything you may have excess or just maybe want to save for later.
They make GREAT GIFTS!!! 🙂

It looks like it can double as a crock pot. I’m not sure what a pressure cooker is but it sounds like the same thing as a crock pot but maybe faster.

I just make a “campfire” but this book recommends “CLAY OVENS”
Which can be used communally.
Each household has a set time to cook their food – typically flat bread and vegetables. I have learned that cold cooked food tastes really good! Or you can prepare to eat your food after your scheduled time to use the community oven.
Most MUSLIMS eat ONE MEAL A DAY
This looks very simple to make. Stake some cinderblocks or brick with a space in the back for your fuel and a hole for the fire then shape a clay oven over it.
You can also probably purchase a covered barbecue or build one.

I really like BLACKENED or JERK foods and just throwing food into the fire sometimes is all I feel like doing but also the cover seems like it will work well as a stove.
You seem to get a stove AND an oven.
There is also a rack on the bottom where you can keep towels safe and maybe a fire extinguisher or pot of water, just to be on the safe side.
Fires are extremely difficult to put out.
MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN THEY APPEAR.

What The Muslims Want
This is the question asked most frequently by both the whites and the blacks. The answers to this question I shall state as simply as possible.
1. We want freedom. We want a full and complete freedom.
2. We want justice. Equal justice under the law. We want justice applied equally to all, regardless of creed or class or color.
3. We want equality of opportunity. We want equal membership in society with the best in civilized society.
4. We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a separate state or territory of their own–either on this continent or elsewhere. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and that the area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in this separate territory for the next 20 to 25 years–until we are able to produce and supply our own needs.
Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality, after giving them 400 years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe our contributions to this land and the suffering forced upon us by white America, justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own.
5. We want freedom for all Believers of Islam now held in federal prisons. We want freedom for all black men and women now under death sentence in innumerable prisons in the North as well as the South. We want every black man and woman to have the freedom to accept or reject being separated from the slave master’s children and establish a land of their own.
We know that the above plan for the solution of the black and white conflict is the best and only answer to the problem between two people.
6. We want an immediate end to the police brutality and mob attacks against the so-called Negro throughout the United States. We believe that the Federal government should intercede to see that black men and women tried in white courts receive justice in accordance with the laws of the land–or allow us to build a new nation for ourselves, dedicated to justice, freedom and liberty.
7. As long as we are not allowed to establish a state or territory of our own, we demand not only equal justice under the laws of the United States, but equal employment opportunities–NOW!
We do not believe that after 400 years of free or nearly free labor, sweat and blood, which has helped America become rich and powerful, so many thousands of black people should have to subsist on relief or charity or live in poor houses.
8. We want the government of the United States to exempt our people from ALL taxation as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the laws of the land.
9. We want equal education–but separate schools up to 16 for boys and 18 for girls on the condition that the girls be sent to women’s colleges and universities. We want all black children educated, taught and trained by their own teachers. Under such schooling system we believe we will make a better nation of people. The United States government should provide, free, all necessary text books and equipment, schools and college buildings. The Muslim teachers shall be left free to teach and train their people in the way of righteousness, decency and self respect.
10. We believe that intermarriage or race mixing should be prohibited. We want the religion of taught without hindrance or suppression.
1. WE BELIEVE In the One God whose proper Name is Allah.
2. WE BELIEVE in the Holy Qur’an and in the Scriptures of all the Prophets of God.
3. WE BELIEVE in the truth of the Bible, but we believe that it has been tampered with and must be reinterpreted so that mankind will not be snared by the falsehoods that have been added to it.
4. WE BELIEVE in Allah’s Prophets and the Scriptures they brought to the people.
5. WE BELIEVE in the the resurrection of the dead–not in physical resurrection–but in mental resurrection. We believe that the so-called Negroes are most in need of mental resurrection; therefore they will be resurrected first. Furthermore, we believe we are the people of God’s choice, as it has been written, that God would choose the rejected and the despised. We can find no other persons fitting this description in these last days more than the so-called Negroes in America. We believe in the resurrection of the righteous.
6. WE BELIEVE in the judgment; we believe this first judgment will take place as God revealed, in America…
7. WE BELIEVE this is the time in history for the separation of the so-called Negroes and the so-called white Americans. We believe the black man should be freed in name as well as in fact. By this we mean that he should be freed from the names imposed upon him by his former slave masters. Names which identified him as being the slave master’s slave. We believe that if we are free indeed, we should go in our own people’s names–the black people of the Earth.
8. WE BELIEVE in justice for all, whether in God or not; we believe as others, that we are due equal justice as human beings. We believe in equality–as a nation–of equals. We do not believe that we are equal with our slave masters in the status of “freed slaves.”
We recognize and respect American citizens as independent peoples and we respect their laws which govern this nation.
9. WE BELIEVE that the offer of integration is hypocritical and is made by those who are trying to deceive the black peoples into believing that their 400-year-old open enemies of freedom, justice and equality are, all of a sudden, their “friends.” Furthermore, we believe that such deception is intended to prevent black people from realizing that the time in history has arrived for the separation from the whites of this nation.
If the white people are truthful about their professed friendship toward the so-called Negro, they can prove it by dividing up America with their slaves. We do not believe that America will ever be able to furnish enough jobs for her own millions of unemployed, in addition to jobs for the 20,000,000 black people as well.
10. WE BELIEVE that we who declare ourselves to be righteous Muslims, should not participate in wars which take the lives of humans. We do not believe this nation should force us to take part in such wars, for we have nothing to gain from it unless America agrees to give us the necessary territory wherein we may have something to fight for.
11. WE BELIEVE our women should be respected and protected as the women of other nationalities are respected and protected.
12. WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, July, 1930; the long-awaited “Messiah” of the Christians and the “Mahdi” of the Muslims.
We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besides HIM there is no god and He will bring about a universal government of peace wherein we all can live in peace together.

CHAPTER 78
AN ECONOMIC BLUEPRINT
1 The Black man in America faces a serious economic problem today and the white race’s Christianity cannot solve it. You, the so-called American Negro, with the help of Allah can solve your own problem. The truth must be recognized by the black man. He, himself, has assisted greatly in creating this serious problem of
unemployment, insecurity and lack. Before the black man can begin to gain economic security, he must be awakened from the dead and gain knowledge, understanding and wisdom which will enable him to follow my teachings. Islam and only Islam will point the way out of the entanglement of want in the midst of plenty for the
followers of Islam, the true religion of the black nation.
2 Know thyself and be yourself. Islam makes a true brother to brother. If this be true, how can a believer (Muslim) be a true brother to another believer and boycott his brother and support the enemy? The believers in truth, Islam, must stop looking up to the white race for justice and take the following steps to correct this problem.
3 Acknowledge and recognize that you are a member of the Creator’s nation and act accordingly. This action, in the name of Allah, requires you, as a Muslim, to set an example for the lost-found, your brothers in the wilderness in North America. This requires action and deeds, not words and lip service.
4 The following blueprint shows the way:
5 1. Recognize the necessity for unity and group operation (activities).
6 2. Pool your resources, physically as well as financially.
7 3. Stop wanton criticisms of everything that is black-owned and black-operated.
8 4. Keep in mind — jealousy destroys from within.
9 5. Observe the operations of the white man. He is successful. He makes no excuses for his failures. He works hard in a collective manner. You do the same.
10 If there are six or eight Muslims with knowledge and experience of the grocery business — pool your knowledge, open a grocery store — and you work collectively and harmoniously, Allah will bless you with success.
11 If there are those with knowledge of dressmaking, merchandising, trades, maintenance — pool such knowledge. Do not be ashamed to seek guidance and instructions from the brother or sister who has more experience, education and training than you have had. Accept his or her assistance.
12 The white man spends his money with his own kind, which is natural. You, too, must do this. Help to make jobs for your own kind. Take a lesson from the Chinese and Japanese and go give employment and assistance to your own kind when they are in need. This is the first law of nature. Defend and support your own kind. True Muslims do this.
13 Because the so-called American Negro has been deceived and misled, he has become a victim of deception. He is today in the worst economic condition of North America. Unemployment is mounting, and he feels it most. He assisted in reducing himself to his present insecure economic condition. You, the black man, are the only members of the human race that deliberately walk past the place of business of one of your own kind — a black man — and spend your dollars with your natural enemy. The so-called American Negro has never in the history of America been known to boycott or criticize the white man as he does his own kind. He thus shows love for his enemy and hatred for his own kind.
14 A true Muslim would never boycott the place of business of his fellow Muslim or black brother. A true Muslim is proud of the success of his black sisters and brothers. He recognizes that their success is his success. He recognizes the law of Islam. If one brother has a bowl of soup you have half of that soup.

HOW TO REAR OUR CHILDREN:
I am at the mall in my usual spot and there’s this lady and her toddler and an older child, a teenager.
I had just seen them in the bookstore and all I hear is the toddler “…but I love you…”
Then the mother tries to explain whatever.
I ask what’s wrong. She says the toddler wants her to pick her up.
I say “So pick her up”
She tells me it’s a bookstore and she wants her toddler to browse.
I say Just pick her up.
Now, I realize what I couldn’t think of at the time.
She is a TODDLER!
You be her legs and she will be better able to browse. But right now she needs some affection and is not concerned about browsing.
Sidenote: DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your children to the mall if you don’t have any money!!!
They don’t understand you just wanna hang out.
I don’t have enough money and I can’t afford it might as well be a foreign language to a child.
Those statements translate to “Then why tf are we (still) here?”
When they passed by just now she picked the baby up, but it was something else now.
I said “Get her a slushee.”
Then the baby said “I want a slushee.”
And the mom kept walking past the slushee store.
But she is the stuck up type who will go back later just to make it seem like it was her idea and not mine.
As long as the baby gets her slushee 🥰🥰🥰

BALLET FLATS fully cover your feet comfortable practical CUTE!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🩷🩷🩷
When I was in Junior High, flats were en vogue but they were pointy toed. We aren’t supposed to wear pointy toed shoes. I don’t think it’s healthy. Feet are not pointy. So I’m not going to try to put them in pointy shoes. Just because they may be cute. I will find some cute shoes that make sense.
So ballet shoes are always round toes because they put that round piece of wood in the toe.
That is another thing I wanted to do when I was younger. Ballet. I got to put my daughter in Ballet AND TAP!!! 🥰🩷🥰🩷🥰 So الحمد الله Al Hamdulillah If you notice both ballet and tap shoes ALWAYS have rounded toes.
That let’s you know that round toes shoes are the best if people who depend on their feet for such activity as ballet and tap always wear ROUNDED TOES SHOES to protect and properly care for their feet.
(In Sha Allah, I will take a ballet class)
Notice the colours. The lavender looks very current for Autumn. It’s not a bright springy lavender but a more ash lavender. Like grayish. The olive oil shoe on the left is nice as well in the patent “leather.”
btw I don’t believe patent leather is made from animal skins. Just a hunch.
These are not technically flats but I categorize them with them.
As long as the heel is less than two inches.
I would steer clear of square toed flats because they are very masculine!
These brick coloured ballet flats are perfect for the AUTUMN.

When I was little, I did sort of get “charm school training” like how to pose for photographs.
I really like this one, because Mary has on FLATS!!!
I plan to make a list of what’s HOT for AUTUMN, and FLATS are definitely on the list.
I don’t make the current trends, but I have an eye for what people are choosing to wear and I am noticing a huge UPTICK in FLATS for next season. Just a teaser! 🙂
I met some Sisters on HIP-HOP’S FIFTY-FIRST and one of them had on some shoes exactly like we used to wear in the early eighties. Flats were en vogue back then as well.
I asked her if they were a brand called MIA.

I also learned how to curtsy when I was younger and believe it to be the most proper way to greet an elder.

Brothers, the salute is too military and attached to war. A slight bow or low bow is sufficient and dignified.
I was trying to find a proper tutorial because the devils in this video and even other nationalities don’t really do it right.
First, your mentality has to be respectful and conscious of the reason why this person deserves a courtesy.
Second, your clothing. A courtesy always includes the lifting of the skirt to the side.
Remember at the end of the Oprah Winfrey show? She did a proper courtesy. You have to be wearing a dress.
All girls or members of the female family are required to wear ankle-length dresses at all times.
Trousers, pants and britches are for males.

Q: My husband insists that I don’t wear makeup. When I look in the mirror I see a monster. What to do?
Answer: Look in the mirror TOGETHER.
I know a lot of girls have issues with not wearing makeup.
It is “low self esteem” that is the term I always heard.
We have this image in our minds of what is supposed to be beautiful due to the media bombarding us with images of ugly devil Caucasians and we think “She was chosen to be on television so she must be what most people think is beautiful! I am going to try to look like her!”
Thus all of our esteem for our own looks dwindles down to nothing or worse. We think our own self looks like a monster!
My advice regarding anything physical begins with your diet.
The foods you eat determine what you think
I will repeat. THE FOODS YOU EAT DETERMINE YOUR THOUGHTS.
Give up all meat and all meat byproducts such as gelatin, boar’s hair brushes, leather, suede, etc.
The next thing I would do would be to gradually transition to less makeup then to none.
If you wear eye shadow, switch gradually to shades that are near to your skin color then stop using it at all.
If you wear eye liner, same thing.
If you wear the false lashes, switch to mascara then when you feel comfortable, look in the mirror and go out without it.🥰
There are other ways to dress up your eyes without adding anything.
Just shape your eyebrows and be sure to get enough rest so that there is no accumulation of fluid “bags.”
If you wear foundation, that goes back to your diet. When you begin eating correctly, it will change your mindset regarding your skin colour, texture and sheen.
In the Nation of Islam, we have what is referred to as The Muslim “GLOW.”
Black people used to be mocked “shine” and we began to believe that our GLOW was something to be ashamed of and needed to be covered up.
White people do this all the time. They will tell the most beautiful black girl to her face that she is ugly. Or other Black people will tell her she is ugly.
Because she is usually young and impressionable, she doesn’t know that they are just saying that because they are ENVIOUS of her beauty.
I remember the first time I overheard a Brother say that I was “cute.”
I was SHOCKED. And my spirit SOARED.

Another time, this white lady said “we can’t all be as beautiful as you.” 🤯
I feel kind of lucky that I came of age in the nineties when natural shades and matte were en vogue. Also NATURALNESS in general was popular. Hair. No makeup BLACK PRIDE.
This one Brother got a job being in a commercial and he said he was not going to let them put makeup on him.
After he filmed it he said they went along with him and he didn’t get fired.
NO MAKEUP.
So improving your diet will cure your dependency on foundation and rouge/blush.
Lipstick! Natural shades then no shade. Maybe a little gloss. Then no gloss. 🩷🩷🩷🥰🥰🥰🥰
You can also accessories and wear your hair in a way that enhances your natural beauty.
Some nice pearl earrings and matching necklace with your hair up and some cat-eye sunglasses will hide the fact (to your brain) that you don’t have any makeup on LOL!!!
Or you can wear your hair down and cover your face! Muslimas cover our hair and generally don’t have these issues but you can wear a big floppy or wide brimmed hat and sunglasses until you build up your confidence!
Also, lastly, give yourself a facial regularly and sneak up on yourself with no makeup on in the mirror until you see your own beauty. STOP WATCHING THE BOOB TUBE.
I just realized I have never posted a diy facial blog.
They are really simple.
The most important part is the AMBIANCE.
Set up candles, incense, jazz and make sure you have at least thirty minutes of Peace.
Then deep clean your skin. I have a recipe for Black Soap shampoo that works, it has olive oil, aloe vera, I will try to find the link later In Sha Allah.
Squeeze or scratch all the white stuff out of the pores in and around your nose. You can push your nose up and it’ll come out.
I am about to Google what that stuff is. BRB
It’s OIL. LOL! Like DUH!! 🤣 😂🥰🩷🩷🩷

Then you want to use something like alcohol on a cotton ball. I don’t know what astringent means. Sounds like “I’m going to stringe/skringe all that dirt out of your face!” LOL!
Then most people feel like you need to do something that has to sit on your face awhile like a “mask” or something. So that would go here.
I’m pretty sure I have some “masks” on here somewhere….

After you remove the mask, you moisturize. My favorites are shea butter and olive oil. You should sort of massage it into your skin.

When you pamper yourself like that it cannot help but boost your self-esteem next thing you know, you will be wondering at how your bank account is never overdrawn anymore and you realize its because you haven’t been wasting all that money on makeup!

In any case, he has relocated to NYC like most J musicians, and you can probably catch him with Wynton (a NOLA transplant).
I was BLESSED to catch his set when he was in #dtla in 2018 or so.

So, I had made a pin cushion, just stuffed with cotton balls, that I really found I don’t use too much.
I used to use a machine and altered my pin cushions so I could wear them to facilitate the transfer of pins.
So, I put a few drops on the pin cushion and dropped it into my bag one day.

That’s all I can think of right now. But I think it is so unfair that I NEVER got what I wanted while I watched my older Sister and younger Brother get EVERYTHING they wanted.
I wrote a song called “MIDDLE CHILD BLUES” and that part is not even in it!
Kinda illustrates how bad it is for us, right???
Never the less, I had a real good friend once who made me feel better by simply stating, “Be grateful because, you had everything you NEEDED.”
Now, that I am a MUSLIM, I see the wisdom in those words, which are an Islamic adage.

Now that I am OLDER, it also helps that I don’t speak to any of them anymore, so that I am no longer susceptible to such abominable treatment!!! الحمد الله
