I discovered a self “pamper” treatment that works wonders for myself.
Olive Oil for one is an excellent way to maintain homeostasis or lower your blood pressure. POUR LIGHTLY OVER ENTIRE BODY AFTER WARM BUBBLE BATH….😔

It sounds simple but put into practice can yield phenomenal results.
Add more water and oil as needed.
If there is any hair in the brush remove and BURY as we are Royalty and our body parts should be treated and disposed of as such. Never just throw away your hair or nail clippings as if you are garbage. Treat them as sacred and give them a proper burial. Say “BISMILLAH.”
One day your body will die just as the hair and nail clippings. Would you want your body to be thrown away as rubbish?

HIS MOTIVE WAS A PROMOTION AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
