(The Honorable Elijah Muhammad)

NIMROD

Nimrod married his mother Ester when Moses (Musa) was sent to the devils 4,000 years ago. This meant the end of the Blackman’s power to keep them in their boundaries of Europe. This brought them out of the caves putting them on the road to the conquest of Asia, (Black, Brown, Red and Yellow man).

Nimrod killed his father and began sleeping with his mother, Ester, known today as the holiday called Easter.

She had children by her son Nimrod, making Nimrod his own father and son, which was the beginning of the lie that God and son are one and the same. It’s true that this made Nimrod, his own father but the father and the son could never be identical. This is also where the lie originated of the “Immaculate Conception” woman giving birth without the agency of man.

Nimrod and his mother were worshipped by the people, and knowing that if they found out that she was bearing her son’s children they would not respect her, she lied telling the people that the spirit was visiting her, giving her babies. The people, being paganish, believed those lies thus establishing a holiday called Easter commemorating her birthday. They used the sign of the rabbit, which is an over-sexed animal; and eggs representing the first stage of the “embryo” chicken, which is capable of laying eggs without a male, was also used.

Nimrod would go into Asia robbing the brothers of their wealth. Using his unalike attracting power, he was able to steal and divide the brothers. The cross originated as a symbol meaning death and dividing the four brothers, so that Nimrod could rule. The cross is used in most European nations today in their flag in the same form.

Christmas being Nimrod’s birthday has all the signs; the evergreen meaning everlasting life for the Caucasian; the ornaments signifies all the riches and pretty things that the Blackman has. The star on the top of the tree, meaning the devils brain as being powerful enough to keep the Blackman divided, or in the cross.

Santa Claus is the symbol of Nimrod bringing gifts back to Europe from Asia. A pagan religion was adopted by the Jews in Judaism. They didn’t want the Blackman’s religion, Islam, nor would they accept the Yellowman’s religion, Buddhism, the whiteman had to invent himself a religion that would fit his nature, for his being evil, his religion had to be flexible enough to allow him to practice his evil and worship statues, drink blood (wine), eat (body flesh), etc.

They applied the teachings of Moses (Islam) to paganism, thus Judaism began. Judaism kept the Jews a united people. The other devils used parts of Judaism, paganism and combined all those teachings together, thus began Catholicism, out of Catholicism they invented Christianity 551 years ago. We wouldn’t expect a whiteman to accept a Black, Brown, Red and Yellowman’s religion. They hate everything Black… That stands for Black.

Christmas was set up as a memorial to Nimrod. The Christmas tree is an “Evergree tree”, this means that it is green or has life, all year round and does not die out like other trees.

1. Evergreen tree is used at Christmas as a symbol to represent everlasting life for the white race.

2. It sits in a box held in place by a cross which represents the division of the four brothers; Black, Brown, Red and Yellow, which support the white race.

3. The trinkets and ornaments represents the riches, wealth and knowledge of the Blackman which was stolen by Nimrod and brought back to the white race in Europe.

4. The star on top of the tree represents the superior brain power of the white race to remain on top.

5. Santa Claus represents Nimrod bringing the riches of the Blackman back to Europe. (They do not explain where Santa Claus gets the presents from do they).

Note: Santa Claus robbing Black people at Christmas is similar to Nimrod’s work

Note: This also is included at the end of Nimrod’s history: Judaism is a mixture of Moses’ teachings, Islam, and paganism to make it more flexible.

December 25th is the birthday of Nimrod. Nimrod is mentioned in the Bible (Old Testament) as a mighty, mighty hunter in opposition to God. This is because he turned against the teachings of Moses. Nimrod was a white man who was born 300 years before Christ. He took the teachings of Moses and used them as a game to set up the early pagan Empires such as Greece and Rome. According to the Bible, he is the son of Cush. He went among the pagan white people of Europe who rejected the teachings of Moses and used the knowledge to become ruler of the people.

Nimrod killed his father and married his mother whose name was Ester. Today called Easter…When Nimrod’s wife (mother) had her first child he feared that the people would lose respect for him if they knew he was making babies through his own mother (it was a secret that they were married) therefore, to fool the people, Nimrod told the people that the Holy Ghost had impregnated his mother. This was the beginning of the great lie told about the birth of Jesus. The lie that a woman can have a baby without the agency of the male sperm. This lie began 300 years before Jesus was born.

Easter is Ester’s birthday. The rabbit is used because he is an oversexed animal (but a rabbit does not lay eggs). There is more to this but I will not include it now. Just like Alexander the Great, Nimrod went among the original people to divide and rob them of their wealth.

To rob the original has always been the work of the white race.

Nimrod would bring the wealth back to his own people in Europe. For this they loved him as a ruler. This is what all the white explorers and conquerors have done; from John Hawkins to the Peace Corps.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim
In the Name of Allah, Master Fard Muhammad,
The Beneficent, The Most Merciful
To Whom Praise is Due Forever

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful Black Goddesses!

It’s been a little while since I’ve written Dear Sisters, but I wanted to share with you a tip that will help you become better qualified for a righteous and refined life. Sisters, our ancestors were brought here to be the property of the devil slavemasters. We were treated as cattle and NOT as human beings. Therefore, there was no idea on the part of the slavemaster to educate us. We could not speak their language, but we were forbidden from speaking our own native language (Arabic). Consequently, we picked up the slavemaster’s language (English) as best we could and passed on our hybrid dialect (mixture of English and Arabic) to our oncoming generations.

It has been over one hundred years since the devil slavemaster freed us and allowed us an education, however, the effects of slavery are still evident in our manner of speaking. It has even been given a name: EBONICS. Breaking the habits of improper grammar and pronunciation is a monumental task, Dear Sisters. But, if we want to be respected and viewed as intelligent and refined women, we must develop proper speaking habits.

Now, I have searched and searched the web for instructional sites in Proper English for Native Speakers. I was only able to find one. So, I am sharing the site with you, so that we can all learn how to communicate in a manner that is befitting the Queen of the Planet.

You can immediately assess the instructor’s competency in speaking American English, upon first hearing her speak. She is planning an Internet course that is not yet available, at least not as far as I can see. But, I am thinking that you have to finish the free course first, which I haven’t done yet.

But, so far I am impressed with what I have seen. She also has a YouTube channel which is helpful. The blog is okay, imo, but you can check it out and see if you like it.

I would recommend visiting the website and registering for the free pronunciation audio course

Here are the links to the Website, the YouTube channel and the Blog.

Know Your Value

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved and Beautiful Sisters!

I saw this on Facebook and just knew I had to share it with all my Beloved Sisters. This is something we should all know. It is a good analogy for the true value of The Black Woman. We are the Best and the Most Beautiful and Precious Woman on the Face of the Earth and in the Eyesight of Allah (God) and the Righteous. Instill this self-worth in your Daughters and All of Your Beautiful Black Sisters. Don’t let anyone diminish your self-esteem, Sisters. You Are The Best!

WHAT THE MUSLIMS WANT AND BELIEVE

THE
MUSLIM PROGRAM

WHAT THE MUSLIMS BELIEVE

793px-elijah-muhammad-meeting-1964-detail

1.   WE BELIEVE in the One God whose proper Name is Allah.

2.   WE BELIEVE in the Holy Qur’an and in the Scriptures of all the Prophets of God.

3.   WE BELIEVE in the truth of the Bible, but we believe that it has been tampered with and must be reinterpreted so that mankind will not be snared by the falsehoods that have been added to it.

4.   WE BELIEVE in Allah’s Prophets and the Scriptures they brought to the people.

5.   WE BELIEVE in the the resurrection of the dead–not in physical resurrection–but in mental resurrection. We believe that the so-called Negroes are most in need of mental resurrection: therefore they will be resurrected first.

Furthermore, we believe we are the people of God’s choice, as it has been written, that God would choose the rejected and the despised. We can find no other persons fitting this description in these last days more than the so-called Negroes in America. We believe in the resurrection of the righteous.

6. WE BELIEVE in the judgment; we believe this first judgment will take place as God revealed, in America…

7. WE BELIEVE this is the time in history for the separation of the so-called Negroes and the so-called white Americans. We believe the Black man should be freed in name as well as in fact. By this we mean that he should be freed from the names imposed upon him by his former slave masters. Names which identified him as being the slave master’s slave. We believe that if we are free indeed, we should go in our own people’s names–the Black peoples of the Earth.

8. WE BELIEVE in justice for all, whether in God or not; we believe as others, that we are due equal justice as human beings. We believe in equality–as a nation–of equals. We do not believe that we are equal with our slave masters in the status of “freed slaves.”

We recognize and respect American citizens as independent peoples and we respect their laws which govern this nation.

9. WE BELIEVE that the offer of integration is hypocritical and is made by those who are trying to deceive the Black peoples into believing that their 400-year-old enemies of freedom, justice and equality are, all of a sudden, their “friends.” Furthermore, we believe that such deception is intended to prevent Black people from realizing that the time in history has arrived for the separation from the whites of this nation.

If the white people are truthful about their professed friendship toward the so-called Negro, they can prove it by dividing up America with their slaves.

We do not believe that America will ever be able to furnish enough jobs for her own millions of unemployed, in addition to jobs for the 20,000,000 Black people as well.

10. WE BELIEVE that we who declare ourselves to be righteous Muslims, should not participate in wars which take the lives of humans. We do not believe this nation should force us to take part in such wars, for we have nothing to gain from it unless America agrees to give us the necessary territory wherein we may have something to fight for.

11. WE BELIEVE our women should be respected and protected as the women of other nationalities are respected and protected.

12. WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad, July 4, 1930; the long-awaited “Messiah” of the Christians and the “Mahdi” of the Muslims.

We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besides HIM there is no God and He will bring about a universal government of peace wherein we all can live in peace together.

WHAT THE MUSLIMS WANT

This is the Question Asked Most Frequently By Both the whites and the Blacks. The Answers to This Question I Shall State as Simply as Possible.

1. We want freedom. We want a full and complete freedom.

2. We want justice. Equal justice under the law. We want justice applied equally to all, regardless of creed or class or color.

3. We want equality of opportunity. We want equal membership in society with the best in civilized society.

4. We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a separate state or territory of their own–either on this continent or elsewhere. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and that the area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our former slave masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in this separate territory for the next 20 to 25 years–until we are able to produce and supply our own needs.

Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality, after giving them 400 years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe our contributions to this land and the suffering forced upon us by white America, justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own.

5. We want freedom for all Believers of Islam now held in federal prisons. We want freedom for all Black men and women now under death sentence in innumerable prisons in the North as well as the South.

We want every Black man and woman to have the freedom to accept or reject being separated from the slave master’s children and establish a land of their own.

We know that the above plan for the solution of the Black and white conflict is the best and only answer to the problem between the two people.

6. We want an immediate end to the police brutality and mob attacks against the so-called Negro throughout the United States.

We believe that the Federal government should intercede to see that Black men and women tried in white courts receive justice in accordance with the laws of the land–or allow us to build a new nation for ourselves, dedicated to justice, freedom and liberty.

7. As long as we are not allowed to establish a state or territory of our own, we demand not only equal justice under the laws of the United States, but equal employment opportunities–now!

We do not believe that after 400 years of free or nearly free labor, sweat and blood, which has helped America become rich and powerful, so many thousands of Black people should have to subsist on relief or charity or live in poor houses.

8. We want the government of the United States to exempt our people from ALL taxation as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the laws of the land.

9. We want equal education–but separate schools up to 16 for boys and 18 for girls on the condition that the girls be sent to women’s colleges and universities. We want all Black children educated, taught and trained by their own teachers.

Under such schooling system we believe we will make a better nation of people. The United States government should provide, free, all necessary text books and equipment, schools and college buildings. The Muslim teachers shall be left free to teach and train their people in the way of righteousness, decency and self respect.

10. We believe that intermarriage or race mixing should be prohibited. We want the religion of Islam taught without hindrance or suppression.

These are some of the things that we, the Muslims, want for our people in North America.

“Using birth control for a social purpose is a sin.”

– The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him)

This video documents the legal procedures devil Caucasians have exercised to eliminate the Black Nation in America, throughout the history of this country. By far, the most successful method OF KILLING BLACK PEOPLE has been what we now know as, “PLANNED PARENTHOOD”.

Chapter 35

Birth Control Death Plan!

To the Lost-Found members of the tribe of Shabazz (the so-called Negroes), I warn you my people and especially the women. Be aware of the tricks the devils are using to instill the idea of a false birth control in their clinics and hospitals.

STERILIZATION IS NOT BIRTH CONTROL, BUT THE END OF ALL POSSIBILITY TO BEAR CHILDREN.

The example of the clinic in Fauquier County, Virginia, where poor and helpless black mothers are pressured into accepting sterilization is certainly not confined to that clinic alone.

It would be better to do as many African and Asian husbands and wives have done, to take care of these matters yourselves rather than rely on such treachery and deceitful counsel.

I say beware of being trapped into the kind of disgraceful birth control laws now aimed almost exclusively at poor, helpless black peoples who have no one to rely on.

Who wants a sterile woman?

No man wants a non-productive woman. Though he may not want children for a time, he does want a woman who can produce a child if he changes his mind. Using birth control for a social purpose is a sin.

Using the birth control law against production of human beings is a sin that Allah (God) is against and for which he will punish the guilty on the day of Judgment. Both the Bible and Holy Qur-an’s teachings are against birth control.

So you and I, too, should be against it.

The white race is a race that was produced by using birth control law, says God to me.

Do not accept this death plan of the devils to destroy, and keep [us] from being a people.

There is no people on earth (even the little savage Pygmie of Africa and the Malayan Islands of the Pacific love their own) who will let anyone change or destroy their identity and culture without a fight. The American black women are ignorant of the real motive behind the so-called birth control schemes proposed and demanded by white officials.

The motive behind these schemes is not designed to promote the welfare of black families, but to eliminate these families in the future.

Our enemies, the devils, know and now seek to prevent us from being a nation through our women, as Pharaoh attempted to destroy Israel by killing off the male babies of Israel at birth.

The thousand years before Moses, Yakub killed off the black babies at birth to produce this present white race.

Pharaoh was envious of Israel’s future of becoming a great nation, beloved of Allah, which would overcome Egypt and her future as a world power.

The same goes for the so-called Negroes and the slave-masters’ children. The slave-masters envy their once-slaves’ future and want to destroy it.

So the best thing to do is to tell you the truth whether you care for it or not. I will feel, then, that I have done my duty as a member of the same Nation as you.

My love for you and your future is the same as that for myself. The life of this world and its sport and play is only temporary.

How to Eat to Live, Book One

CHAPTER 30

Do Not Take Birth Control Pills

It is Allah’s (God’s) love and my love, as His Messenger, to teach you and keep you aware of the tricks the devil devises to trap you into accepting death and not life. As it is written, Allah (God) has come to you to save you from death and destruction by the wicked and to register you in the book of the living (the Black Nation) with unlimited future.

He has declared that we are the true members of the Nation of Islam, the righteous, who shall never be removed from the earth by any foe. He even laughs at plans to destroy the nation of righteous.

The birth control law the enemy is preparing for you, with the aid of their angels, the blind, deaf and dumb black preachers and ignorant black politicians, is not concerned about your future. The white priest knows what these plans will do for you. They know that Christianity has been exposed to the civilized world as nothing less than bait to enslave the black people of earth, the original people who serve the white race as slaves. He offers you death in a pill for your future generations of children.

He tells you what it is going to do to you. But it is like telling a would-be suicide: “Here is the loaded gun. Put it to your silly head, and blow your brains out.” Then he stands aside, throws up his arms and says to the world that he is not responsible for your suicide. This is what you do when you swallow the pills. He knows you are blind, deaf, and dumb.

I know you do not know the plans and secrets of your enemies, but Allah and His Messenger have known for a long time – for this was ascertained when we first learned to read the history of Pharaoh, who sought to destroy the future of Israel through the midwives. We know that this, too, is aimed at you in these last days.

We know by the words of the Holy Qur-an on this attempt to destroy your newborn babies; to destroy the very seed of you. You also are warned against birth control law. They say you are not able to provide for the many children with which Allah (God) is blessing you. They say you should be willing to stop giving birth to children they will have to feed.

Who is responsible? Is it not the slave master’s and his children’s fault that you are not able to care for your family? It is theirs not yours. Why don’t they divide the country with you, give you a few of these United States and let you raise all the children you want so you can provide a proper living for them.

But, no! He would rather you were dead than to see you living free of his authority and power to enslave and murder you at will.

You are aware of this, but yet you are a fool. You do not understand that they are after your life – and you are seeking death by following and agreeing with them to destroy you and your Nation.

The earth belongs to the black nation, and its people will rule it in the near future. God never gave the whites any of the earth. He only gave them time to live on it; time to make fools of you and me. However, that time was limited, and I now can say in truth, that “time is up.”

I will defend the interest and life of my people, even at the destruction of my own life, and the lives of those who follow me – for that is why I have been raised among you. It is a disgrace upon us black people of America to permit ourselves and our future generations to be cut off and destroyed by ignorant, foolish, pleasure-seeking girls and women of our own, who do not know what they are doing when they swallow the birth control pill.

I repeat: If you accept Allah (God) and follow me and if you give birth to 100 children, each of you girls and women is considered more blessed and right in the eyes of Allah (God) than those who try to kill the birth seed.

Because of the advice of those who hate you and hope that you destroy yourselves, the clergy – the priests and elders – is united to help deceive you. The Catholic religion is our greatest enemy today. It seeks to woo you into its net where your future will be hopeless in the Hereafter. This old scheme of attempting to destroy the so-called Negro when the day of his salvation comes to him from God, has long been known by us and Allah (God). The nation of righteous is fully prepared to meet it.

Jehovah thwarted Pharaoh’s wicked plan to prosper through destroying the future of Israel. Pharaoh was afraid of Israel’s population, who was populating Egypt faster than the Egyptians. However, he did not want the Israelites to leave Israel. He decided to kill off the male children, which would have stopped Israel from increasing her nation. The birth control laws employed by the white race were used by his father, Yacub. It is no new thing today. He does not teach you this, nor does he teach you the sciences of modern warfare or chemistry. Of course, we do not care to learn any more about warfare, for it is the purpose of God to erase war from the human family. He now plans to destroy those who delight in making war against humanity.

Who said the white man had to carry us forever? Who gave him the right to cut our birth rate so that he could take care of a small number of us? Who is willing swallow the pill? The 20,000,000 so-called Negroes can be placed in Africa or Asia. The country is so large, they would not know they were there. Or they could be put on an island in the Pacific. But he wants to exterminate all of them with the pills so that he and his people can have free reign of the earth. But he should have reckoned with Allah (God), Who has come for the purpose of saving the poor, black man from their wicked plans.

The Negro has been a group of people, held in the hands of the white man, for 400 years and yet, today, he is like a lazy horse or dog who does not want to leave his master because of fear – and has taken all kinds of abuse in order to get a little food or whatever the master has to give. It is a shame. It is not because of lack of education, but because he holds the offer of Allah (God) in mockery.

But this pill is a bold offer of death, openly made, inviting the Indians and so-called Negroes to accept death – and also the people they have under their power in the Pacific islands. It is accepting extermination through a harmless looking pill designed to take away the future birth of our Nation. Think well, you “white Christian lovers.” You sign up to be swallowed up.

Israel was taken into a country where she could do all of the populating she wanted to without the interference of Pharaoh. Allah (God) had Pharaoh drown in the Red Sea, and the white race is going to be thrown into a lake of fire for its plans against the so-called Negro.

I shall always rise to your defense against such an artful, wicked race of people, who has nothing in mind but death for the black man – its scheme covered with a semi-bait of good. Once you have swallowed the birth control pill, it is death.

He begins teaching on birth control around 34:39

THE PROPER HANDLING OF PEOPLE

Bismillah

New-Picture-8

AS-SALAAMU ‘ALAIKUM BELOVED BLACK SISTERS!

Our Beloved Messenger, The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) Gave Us The Wisdom of Gods – Wisdom that will return us to our former state. As wives and mothers, we must use wisdom in relating to our husband and children, as well as to our Brothers and Sisters. In fact, this wisdom can be used in dealing with any and every one we meet.

This book was written for the Laborers in The Nation of Islam, so it is Supreme Wisdom from The Last and Greatest Messenger of Allah (PBUH). We should read it and apply it to our everyday lives.

THE PROPER HANDLING OF PEOPLE

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

  • Initiative
  • Determination
  • Courage
  • Intelligence
  • Aggressiveness
  • Integrity
  • Self-confidence

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CONTRASTS IN LEADERSHIP
CRISIS LEADERSHIP
CONSTRUCTIVE LEADERSHIP
Dependence on leader
Individual responsibility
Acceptance of leader’s ideas
Chance to develop own ideas
Loyalty to leader
Group feeling
Discipline as incentive
Job satisfaction as incentive
Orders
Consultation
Objective: obedience
Objective: cooperation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

ROAD TO CONSTRUCTIVE LEADERSHIP

Respect the personal integrity of the people you lead. Each person is a worth-while individual in his own right. The fact that one person is homelier, or less able than another, doesn’t make him less of a person.

Help your people develop their latent abilities. Everyone has a greater potentiality than he ever realizes. It’s a matter of degree, of course, but by encouraging your people to further education, training, and so on, you increase not only their satisfaction, but their accomplishment as well. This covers both their in-Mosque activities and outside interests.

Help them advance in the Mosque. You accomplish this not only by your own training efforts, but by setting up objectives for their efforts. When you tell a brother: “Brother John, I feel with a little more study and effort you’ll qualify for the next grade in this classification,” you’re setting up a tempting target he’s not likely to overlook. There’s a double gain. For the believer, it’s improved status. You benefit from having a better equipped believer.

Weld your people into a group. Besides the personal relationship between you and the individual, you strive to create group feeling. [With] This attitude, the individual develops into a group member.

Make it possible for your people to contribute their ideas. By inviting suggestion, by consulting with your people in your over-all planning, you give them the sense of participation that makes the objectives of your Mosque their objective.

TROUBLES OF THE INSECURE LABORER

He passes the buck.

He takes all the credit.

He doesn’t give information to subordinates.

He surrounds himself with favorites or yes-men.

He gets panicky over having to make decisions

TROUBLES OF THE SADISTIC LABORER

 He tends to “take it out on his men.”

 He likes to “see people eat dirt.”

 Picks on individuals.

 He’s overquick to punish.

SOME PROBLEM LABORERS

Wishy-washy. Not sure of anything, least of all himself.

He runs the show, and wants everyone to know.

Slave driver. Wages personal war with his people, and has to win.

Out-of-touch. Leaves details and everything else to subordinates.

Palsy-walsy. He thinks, ‘I can get the so-and-sos to work better by means of a little back-slapping.’

Personal problems keep him out of the running.

Knows-it-all. Knows all the answers and nobody else knows any.

On his way up. Has eye on the next rung and his foot on your neck.

Starts running the moment he wakes up, but hasn’t caught up yet.

ARE YOU THE CAUSE OF THE LABORER’S TROUBLE?

Do you like to “show up” your superior?

Do you resent taking orders?

Do you tend to by-pass him?

Do you get emotional in thinking or talking about him?

Do you think you should be in his shoes?

Do you depend on him too much?

Do you dislike him for “personal reasons?”

Do you keep him in the dark as much as possible?

Are you afraid of Him?

THREE VIEW-POINTS OF GRIEVANCES

1. The person involved

2. The Nation

3. The Laborer’s View

The Person Involved’s View

Grievance procedure gives him formal recognition in dealing with his superior. This gives him status, prestige.

It provides him with the means of protecting his rights as an individual on the scene. This tends to act as a guarantee of fair treatment.

He can get a hearing from top laborers. This means he has access to the ultimate authority in the Mosque.

The Nation’s View

Grievances show the friction points of believer-laborer relations. Each case pinpoints an area that bears watching, or treatment.

It’s the safety valve that blows off before personnel pressures have a chance to build to the explosive point. In this way, minor matters remain minor, before emotional irritations can magnify them.

A Mosque’s grievances are a rough measure of supervisory performance. Because it’s so complex, supervisory job performance is difficult to measure. Success in handling grievances is one of the indicators management uses.

The Laborer’s View

A means of Communication. The worker has a formal channel along which to broadcast his viewpoints and his wishes directly to the laborer.

A means of satisfying the believer. He may or may not get what he wants, but at least he had his say.

The laborer can deal with irritations at the time they start. Thus, the grievance procedure becomes a trouble-spotting device.

As it is true of any contact the laborer has with his people, he has a chance of cementing his relationships, getting to know them better, satisfying them further.

STEPS FOR HANDLING GRIEVANCES

  1. Prepare yourself.
  1. Prepare the believer.
  1. Listen to his story.
  1. Analyze the grievance.
  1. Judge it.
  1. Sell your opinion.
  1. Follow up.

ESSENTIALS OF THE EFFECTIVE ORDER

  1. Make sure it’s necessary.
  1. Think it through.
  1. Issue under proper conditions.
  1. Decide who’s to get the order.
  1. Get cooperation.
  1. Fit the details to the believer.
  1. Select the best form of the order
  • The direct order
  • The request
  • The suggestion

THINGS LABORERS SHOULD BE CONCERNED WITH

  1. Job progress
  1. How to do job.
  1. Nation’s or Mosque’s plans and results.
  1. Recognition of achievement through:
  • Advancement
  • Credit from good job.
  • Pleasant relations with people.
  • Consideration of job is important

A laborer who is efficient, is fair, gives full consideration to complaints, gives clear orders and instructions, considers others’ personal problems, gives subordinates chances to make suggestions and opportunity to use initiative.

THE PROPER HANDLING OF PEOPLE

As Taught by Messenger Elijah Muhammad

Chapter One

I. Fundamental Technique in Handling People

1. Don’t criticize, condemn or complain.
2. Give honest, sincere appreciation.
3. Arouse in the other person an eager want.

II. Ways To Make People Like You

1. Become genuinely interested in other people.

Consider the facts in light of the circumstances, nature of job working conditions, and so on.
Don’t overemphasize any one point. Evaluate the entire picture.
2. Behaviour

Is he chronically dissatisfied? Was something wrong with every job?
Did he consider himself too good for the job?
3. Relations with others
Other workers; was it always the other’s fault?
His foreman; did he resent authority? Was the laborer always picking on him? Was he always in trouble?
4. Inexperienced applicants

XXXII Troubles of the Insecure Laborer
He passes the buck.
He takes all the credit.
He doesn’t give information to subordinates.
He surrounds himself with favorites or yes-men.
He gets panicky over having to make decisions.

XXXIII. Troubles of the Sadistic Laborer
He tends to “take it out on his men”.
He likes to “see people eat dirt”.
Picks on individuals.
He’s overquick to punish.

XXXIV. Factors Forcing the Neurotic Pattern
Sensitivity to domination.
Burdens of responsibility exaggerate insecurity.
Economic and emotional security depends on the relationship.
Future status depends on it.
Frustrations of inadequate leadership.
Frustrations of inadequate assistance.

XXV. Some Problems Laborers
Wishy-washy. Not sure of anything, least of all himself.
Domineering. He runs the show, and wants everyone to know
Slave driver. Wages personal war with his people, and is to win.
Out-of-touch. Leave details and everything else to subordinates.
Palsy-walsy. He thinks, ‘I can get the so-and-so’s to work better by means of a little back-slapping.’
Moody. Personal problems keep him out of the running.
Knows-it-all. Knows all the answers and nobody else knows any
On his way up. Has eye on the next rung and his foot on your neck.

Chapter 11
XXXVIII. Three View-points of Grievances
The person involved
The Nation

Thus, the grievance procedure becomes a trouble-spotting device
As it is true of any contact the laborer has with his people, he has a chance of cementing his relationships, getting to know them better, satisfying them further.

XXXIX. Steps for Handling Grievances

Prepare the believer.
Listen to his story.
Analyze the grievance.
Judge it.

the request
the suggestion

Chapter 12
XLI. Possible Real Loss From Change
Additional work — the believer feels he’s turning out more work with no type of compensation increase.
Lay offs — increased productivity means fewer people to do the same amount of work.
Lowered prestige –job simplification makes believer’s skill less important, he becomes less valuable.
Less compensation –for simpler type of work.

XLII. How to Overcome Resistance to Change
1. Alleviate real hardships.
2. Ally unjustified fears.
3. Deal with neurotic fears.
let group help develop the change.

Individual responsibility.
Acceptance of leader’s ideas
Chance to develop own ideas.
Loyalty to leader.
Group feeling.
Discipline as incentive.
Job satisfaction as incentive.
Orders.
Consultation.
Objective: obedience.
Objective: cooperation.

XLVIII. Road to Constructive Leadership
1. Respect the personal integrity of the people you lead. Each person is a worth-while individual in his own right. The fact that one person is homelier, or less able than another, doesn’t make him less of a person.
Help your people develop their latent abilities. Every one has a greater potentiality than he ever realizes.
When you tell a brother: “Brother John, I feel with a little more study and effort you’ll qualify for the next grade in this classification”, you’re setting up a tempting target he’s not likely to overlook. There’s a double gain. For the believer it’s improved status. You benefit from having a better-equipped believer.
Weld your people into a group. Besides the personal relationship between you and the individual, you strive to create group feeling. This attitude, the individual develops as a group member.
Make it possible for your people to contribute their ideas. By inviting suggestions, by consulting with your people in your over-all planning, you give them the sense of participation that makes the objectives of your Mosque their objectives.

MUST BE DISCUSSED BETWEEN 12/20/64 and 12/22/64

Once a decision is reached, act!
Write out and answer the following questions:
What is the problem?
What are the causes of the problem?
What are all possible solutions?
What is the best solution?

LII. How to Break the Worry Habit
Keep busy.
Don’t fuss about trifles.
Use the law of averages to outlaw your worries.
Co-operate with the inevitable.
Decide just how much anxiety a thing may be worth and refuse to give it more.
Don’t worry about the past.

Always keep aware of things around you.
Expect ingratitude.
Count your blessings, not your troubles.
Do not imitate others.
Try to profit from your losses.
Create happiness for others.

LIV. To Keep From Worrying About Criticism
Remember that unjust criticism is often a disguised compliment.
Do the very best you can.
Analyze your own mistakes and criticize yourself.
Ask others for constructive criticism.

LV. Ways to Prevent Fatigue and Worry and Keeping Spirits High
1. Rest before you get tired.
2. Learn to relax at your work.
3. If you are a housewife, protect your health and appearance by relaxing at home.
4. Apply these four good working habits:
Clear your desk of all papers except those relating to immediate problems at hand.
Do things in order of their importance.
When you face a problem, solve it then and there if you have the facts necessary to make a decision.
Learn to organize, deputize and supervise.
5. Put enthusiasm into your work.
6. Don’t worry about insomnia.

LVI. How to Observe
You may see but not observe what you see.
It is important to observe because observations are the best ways to learn.
All sciences begin with observations.
You can learn a lot about how people behave.
Imagination can be creative thinking or daydreaming.
A new world awaits your discovery through observations.
Be alert.
Be interested.
Ask questions of big things and small things.

LVII How to Think
Concentrate on problems at hand. Define problem.
Apply logic to make coherent and revelent. Make your conclusions from facts you have gathered from observations.
Get clear facts and sound information from observations.
Fit your various observations together; make them add up.
Imagination can be creative thinking or day dreaming.
Memory gives extra information for thoughts tucked away in our minds.
Judgement: with all facts at hand, you must judge wisely.

LVIII. Kinds of Thinking
Good thoughts lead to wise actions; that is the purpose of thoughts.
Allah said think five times before we do anything.

LIX. How to Remember
1. Two types of remembrance:
In general–idea
Word for word–memorize
2. Try to get meaning
Understanding is the first step to remembering.
Understand the material.
3. Get an overall view
4. Visualize things you want to remember.
5. Form associations.
6. Pick out key ideas.
7. Forget useless information.
8. Repeat and use what you have learned.

LX. How to Concentrate
1. Concentration gets work done faster.
Pick at one thing to concentrate on.
Give it full attention. Shut out other things. Select out, from all things around, one thing to concentrate on.
Take a few minutes rest. Relax before concentrating so intensively.
Begin with question first. With good questions, attention then can be more fixed. Distractions are not as active then.
Relax….let your mind relax.

LXI. How to Study
1. All at at time.
Rapid reading – get hold idea
Careful reading – slowly
Rereading to fix material in your mind to relate it to things you know.
2. Organizing your work.
Think of all you know about subject.
Make list of things you do not know. Make questions; make search for information to questions.
3. Check source for additional material.
4. Then get first hand material to substantiate book material.
Skill in reading
Skill in organizing
Skill in locating material
Do more work in less time with less effort by practicing sound principles on “HOW TO STUDY.”

LXII. Getting the Facts
1. To make an accurate and proper decision, you must get the facts.
2. Then consider different opinions based on facts.
3. Weigh facts depending on different circumstances.
Our principle sources of timely information is the press, radio, T.V., weekly news magazines, etc.
One way to be sure you are getting the facts is to compare information you get from different sources. Read more than one paper and listen to more than one source.
Remember, newspapers, magazines, etc., are limited in scope and often reflect opinions of others.
The facts and opinions provided by experts on subjects are good sources. Sometimes experts differ in opinion on the subject.
Have an open mind.
Do not form opinions until you get all the facts.
Pool your information, then reach a decision.

LXIII. How to Judge the Facts
Irrelevant facts are of little use.
Avoid false analogy. Two things may appear the same on the surface, but watch for analogies.
Avoid an assumption. Examine your assumptions carefully to be sure.
Watch out for platitudes. “Old broom sweeps clean.” “What’s good for grandma is good for me.”
Think carefully about meaning.
Confused words give confused meanings.

Arabian Sinbad

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim
In the Most Holy and Righteous Name of Allah,
Master Fard Muhammad,
The Beneficent, The Most Merciful

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved Sisters,

Here are some videos that will aid you and your children in mastering your ORIGINAL LANGUAGE – THE LANGUAGE OF ALLAH (GOD) – WHICH IS ARABIC.

These are some of the best videos I have found. They are very entertaining. My son, who is eleven, really enjoys them.

I would also recommend that you subscribe to the channel so that in the event that they upload more videos, you will be notified.

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum!

ARABIAN SINBAD

Brothers: OFF LIMITS!!!

BISMILLAH

blackmen-standing-together

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful and Beloved Sisters!

I don’t know if this is you, Sisters, but I have always liked Brothers. Even when I was little, I used to like to hang around boys. I mean, They are just so cool! But, I have noticed (now that I have a son) that whenever a female joins a group of Brothers, the energy changes. The Brothers change. They can’t just be “Brothers.”

Sisters, seeing a group of Brothers socializing, laughing, joking and enjoying each other’s company, is very enticing. You may want to join in and participate in their camaraderie. Unfortunately, this is impossible. By being a female, it is physically impossible for you to join a group of males and expect the atmosphere to remain unchanged. Your very presence causes the Brothers, who were previously so comfortable and relaxed with each other, to switch to an air of impressiveness.

This may have two effects. They will begin to compete with each other for your attention and you will either a.) become flattered and bask in the attention or b.) become frustrated because you just wanted to be a part of their experience.

Either way, you should remove yourself from the group. You should have never intruded in their fellowshipping, unless one of them invited you to join them. And even then you should not stay. Find out the reason for your invitation, attend to it and dismiss yourself.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) taught us that the Blackman has “more powerful brains” than the Blackwoman because “He was made to rule.”

We, Sisters, need to learn how to let our men socialize, exchange ideas, and enjoy each other’s company, without our presence. We are helpmates and should seek out the company of our Sisters and talk about the things that pertain to women and will exhort us to becoming better helpmates to our Blackmen, i.e. cooking, sewing, rearing children, &c. This will reinforce our respective roles.

The Brothers can exchange ideas and formulate plans that will ultimately improve all of our lives, all while strengthening the ties of Brotherhood. And we will do the same for ourselves as Sisters. We can talk freely amongst each other without the feelings of attraction and distraction that are unavoidable between opposite sexes.

The sexes should not intermingle. It opens the doors of indecency and disrespect. Married Sisters, when your husband entertains, busy yourself with some housework or attending to your children. If you would like to offer them some sort of refreshment, have your son deliver it to them. You should only make your presence known if your husband requests it. Conceal your beauty.

Sisters, none of us should ever be in the presence of men unless invited there by a responsible individual.

“We Must Have Regularity In Everything We Do.”

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beloved and Beautiful Sisters!

Our Beloved Messenger, The Most Honorable and Humble Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah forever be upon him), taught us that, “We Must Have Regularity In Everything We Do.” Doing things regularly helps keep order and balance in our lives. It is especially good for children, but it also is key in keeping your household running smoothly and efficiently. You should follow a schedule daily, weekly, and yes, even yearly.

A good idea is to schedule your day around the designated prayer times. By doing this, it will enable you to accomplish several different tasks, without spending too much time on any one thing. Knowing that you have to be home for prayer, or have to stop what you’re doing to make prayer, keeps you focused on accomplishing your tasks and prompts you to keep moving on to the next.

Your days should always begin with prayer. This shows and proves to Allah (God) that He is foremost in your mind and heart and that you put Him first in everything you do. It guarantees that you proceed with divine, pure thoughts and an attitude of worshipfulness, gratitude and humility.

You should acclimate your children to waking up early and praying to Allah (God) as a family, every morning. In the Nation of Islam, we pray at 4:30.

Groom and dress yourself. Wash each hand three times, beginning with the right. Wash your mouth out three times. Rinse your nose out three times. Wash your face three times. Wash your arms up to the elbows, three times, beginning with the right. Using wet fingertips, clean your ears. Run wet hands over your hair and neck.  If you are married and have been intimate with your husband, you both must make a full ablution (shower or bath) prior to prayer. By cleaning ourselves before we pray, we will be at our absolute BEST (as we should be) when we humbly stand before The Lord of The Worlds.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By getting such an early start, you will find that you have enough time to complete all of your daily housework, without having to rush. You can get an early start on cleaning, laundering, baking, running errands, schooling for your children, and you can even get started on supper!
You will be able to complete a few hours of lessons for your children and be ready to run errands by the time everything opens at ten. If you have to go grocery shopping you can be first and fresh. Some stores open at 6:00. By getting in early you can complete your shopping well before the “Food Stamp Army” arrives. The produce is fresher and not picked over; the selection of all items is better; the checkout lines are shorter; and the employees are more cordial.
If you have to make an appointment, by arising at such an early hour, you can schedule the first appointment so you won’t be held up if she gets backed up later on in the day.
There is plenty of time to run all of your errands, fulfill your appointments and be home in time for the noon prayer. In fact, you will probably get home with time to spare. You can put your purchases away, sit down and “recoup” (slang) and enjoy your child(ren)’s company for a while.
If you have to go to work and take your children to school in the mornings, you will find that you have extra time to ready yourself and your children for leaving and will even have time to do some work around the house.
By noon, you will be ready for another prayer. There is nothing better and more relevant than stopping all of your activity to take time and pray. Prayertime is so calming and peaceful! You clean your hands and face, removing any impurities and germs that might sully you; cleaning yourself before you enter into a state of prayer. This regular cleaning is excellent for your skin. You can also read or listen to The Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him), to get your mind and spirit right and exact – clean and pure – like your physical. Thus you will be mentally, spiritually and physically qualified to participate in the institution of prayer and Give Allah (God) His praise.
Following prayer, you can allow your children to have free time or finish any schoolwork they may not have completed before prayer. They can play, color, read, watch an educational video, play video games (not shooting and fighting!), &c. This is also a good time to do something together, like go to the park and play tennis, have a conversation in a foreign language (or native language), watch a documentary together, or play an educational game, like dominoes, which is very fun but also teaches mathematics. Don’t rush your child(ren) or put pressure on them to make a move. Give them plenty of time to add up their dominoes. Even if they don’t get any points, they have practiced addition! Also, be sure to let them win all the time! That way they will want to keep playing. And then have them add up all their points. 😉
In the Summer, there will be more time between the noon and the late afternoon prayer, so you might want to do the majority of your housework at this time. And then around 3:00, begin fixing dinner, so it will be ready after the late afternoon prayer. ‘Asr (AH-sir) is known to be the most difficult prayer to make, because it comes at a time when most people are at their busiest. But again, taking time to stop everything and remember Our Saviour, is better than anything else you could possibly do.
After ‘Asr – SUPPER! (At 4:00 or 6:00 p.m.) You can sit down and enjoy your meal with your family, knowing that you have completed a successful and productive day, and knowing that you are doing something that will keep you healthy and prolong your life (one meal a day).
After supper, you can clean up and make your Sunset prayer. Depending on the time of year, your children can do some homework and/or start getting ready for the next day; bathe, select attire and get ready for the final prayer before retiring.
That covers daily schedules. Weekly and monthly schedules include any activities in which you and your children may participate. Naturally, you should plan your schedules accordingly.
Yearly schedules may include dentist and doctor appointments, vacations, and any other annual events in which you participate. By scheduling these events in advance (at least a year), you will have plenty of time to plan and will be better prepared when their scheduled time arrives.
