The Importance of Being pH Balanced

Dear Sisters, my son, Hakim is studying Chemistry and in his lessons today, he learned about acids and bases. The text mentioned pH, but it did not go into the details of what pH means.

Now, I’m sure we have all heard the term “pH” or “pH balanced” all our lives, right? I know I have. But I never knew what pH and pH balanced meant.

So, I just asked Google. I cannot express how much delight I feel due to the technology of today. We can ask Google anything!  And I ask it any and everything I can think of. We have no excuse to ever not know anything anymore!!

But I digress, pH is an abbreviation for “potential Hydrogen” and it is a measure of a substance’s acidity or basicity. When an acid is added to water, hydrogen ions are released and combine with the hydrogen atoms in the water to form H3O+ or the hydronium ion. When a base is added to water, it forms OH- or the hydroxide ion.

The pH of a solution is a measure of the hydronium ion concentration in the solution. The scale ranges from 0-14, with 7 being neutral. If a substance has a pH above 7  it is a base and a pH below 7 is an acid. Water has a pH level of 7 which means it is Neutral.

Acids have a sour flavor, react with metals and conduct electricity. Lemons, limes and other citric fruits have citric acid. Ascetic acid is the main ingredient in vinegar.  The citric acid in Lemons has a pH of roughly 2.2.

Bases have a bitter flavor and a slippery feel. They are often used for cleaning or removing dirt and odors. Sodium hydroxide (lye) is the main ingredient in soap. Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) is well-known for its odor-removing capability. The pH of sodium hydroxide (lye) is 14.

But this still does not tell me what pH balanced means?

pH balanced is when the levels of acidity and basicity in a substance neutralize each other leaving the substance with a neutral pH of 7 – like water.

There has been a trend for the past few years, encouraging people to eat more alkaline or “basic” foods because most people have an unbalanced pH that leans more toward the acidic. This is due to the fact that most people eat acidic foods, like meat and potatoes and soda. Most fruits and vegetables are alkaline. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (PBUH) in his book How To Eat To Live, taught us that we should be vegetarians and eat only beans, certain types of fish, vegetables, fruits, whole-wheat bread, milk and butter. This will help maintain the pH balance in our digestive system.

Most health advocates say our pH should be slightly alkaline, probably to encourage people to stop eating so many acidic foods. While doctors, say “normal” is slightly acidic, probably because most people are slightly acidic. However, common sense tells you it should be 7 – NEUTRAL – Like water. Ideally, we should eat a balanced amount of acids and bases so that they neutralize each other, leaving us with a digestive pH of 7 – BALANCED.

I have yet to see a scientist or health advocate just come out and say this. But, you can test your urinary pH by using litmus paper which can be found at health food stores, so I’ve heard. I’m sure you remember using litmus paper when conducting experiments in school. It turns red for acids and blue for bases.

While the urinary pH is a measure of the balance of acids and bases in our digestive system, other areas of our bodies naturally have different pH levels. Our blood, for example, has an alkaline pH of 8, while the digestive juices in our stomachs have an acidic pH of 2.

We women, however, have a unique situation in that we have a very special area of our body that requires extra-special attention and tender loving care to maintain its acidic pH.

Our vagina is the conduit through which we bring new life to our Nation. It is the physical connection allowing us to become one with our husband. Sisters, it is crucial to maintain a healthy and productive vagina.  A healthy vagina is naturally acidic with a pH of 3.5 to 4.5 and contains rich quantities of beneficial bacteria that help fend off infections and maintain a normal pH level.

Whenever we suffer from vaginal discomfort it is due to an imbalance in this very delicate and perfect part of our reproductive physiology. When the balance is disrupted, it can cause odor and discomfort. Accordingly, it is very important to maintain a healthy pH to reduce your risk of vaginal issues.

So, how do you maintain a healthy pH? The best way is knowing and preventing the factors that lead to an imbalance in its normal low acidic pH. Unfortunately, the main things that cause the pH to go up are the ordinary everyday things associated with it.

Semen has a pH of 8, which is a big jump from the 3.5 pH of the vagina. However, most of the pH issues that arise due to semen are as a result of sexual deviancy. So, this shouldn’t really be a problem for the Blackwoman because we are righteous by nature. However, if for some reason you do experience a condition termed Bacterial Vaginosis (where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria), there are medications you can take to restore the balance.

As I mentioned earlier, blood has a pH of 8. So, during menstruation, you want to make sure you change your pad frequently. I change mine five times a day when I make wudu (ablution) before Hakim makes prayer. NEVER EVER USE TAMPONS. This is bad for your health and prevents the blood from leaving your body causing the vaginal pH to rise.

Soaps are made from Sodium hydroxide (lye), a base, and if overused can raise the pH of the vagina. Use soap sparingly. NEVER USE DOUCHES. Douching can interfere with the vagina’s pH levels, reducing its acidity and setting the stage for bacterial infections. If your vagina has a strong or unpleasant odor, see your doctor; a douche will only mask the smell without curing the underlying problem that’s causing it.

So Sisters, I hope I didn’t make you too uncomfortable reading this. But we members of The Nation of Islam, The Black Nation, are Scientists and it is important that we know and understand ALL of the Sciences in Life and sometimes they can be pretty uncomfortable. But knowing is always better than guessing. Educate yourself in all matters relating to your body, your home, your planet and your universe, so that you can better inform your children and also share your own wisdom with your Sisters and Brothers.

AS-SALAAMU ‘ALAIKUM!

Sisters, I have a degree in Journalism, and consider myself well-versed when it comes to words, however, the difference between these two words was never taught to me in any of the Colleges nor the University I attended. So, I decided to look them up myself.

What I found out is that who and whom are both pronouns, however WHO is used when referring to the SUBJECT of a question and WHOM is used when referring to the OBJECT of a sentence/question.

For example, I could ask, “Who ate the last piece of Bean Pie?”

“Who” is the subject because it is referring to the person who ate the last piece of Bean Pie. The subject of a sentence is the person doing the action.

On the other hand, if I ask, “To Whom did you serve the last piece of Bean Pie?”

“Whom” is the object of the sentence because it is referring to the person to whom the action was directed.

Here is another example.

“Whom are you courting, Brother?”

The Sister who is being courted is the OBJECT of the courtship as well as the question, so it would be grammatically correct to use the pronoun WHOM.

Conversely, if you were to ask the Sister the same question, you would ask, “Who is courting you, Sister?”

The Brother who is doing the courting is the SUBJECT of the courtship as well as the question, so it would be grammatically correct to use the pronoun WHO.

Chapter 6

THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN, THE GREAT MAHDI

“For as the lightning cometh out of the East, and shineth even unto the West, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be.” 

(Matt.  24:27)

My greatest and only desire is to bring true understanding of the word of God, His prophets and the scriptures, which the prophets were sent with, pertaining to the lost-found people (the American so-called Negroes) of God and the judgment of the world.

You must forget about ever seeing the return of Jesus, Who was here 2,000 years ago. Set your heart on seeing the One that He prophesied would come at the end of the present world’s time (the while race’s time).

He is called the “Son of Man,” the “Christ,” the “Comforter.” You are really foolish to be looking to see the return of the Prophet Jesus. It is the same as looking for the return of Abraham, Moses and Muhammad. All of these prophets prophesied the coming of Allah or one with equal power, under many names. You must remember that Jesus could not have been referring to himself as returning to the people in the last days. He prophesied of another’s coming who was much greater than he. Jesus even acknowledged that he did not know when the hour would come in these words: “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” (Matt. 24:36).

If he were the one to return at the end of the world, surely he would have had knowledge of the time of his return – the knowledge of the hour. But he left himself out of that knowledge and placed it where it belonged, as all the others – prophets – had done. No prophet has been able to tell us the hour of the judgment.  No one but He, the great all wise God, Allah. He is called the “Son of Man,” the “Mahdi”, the “Christ”. The prophets, Jesus included, could only foretell those things which would serve as signs – signs that would precede such a great One’s coming to judge the world. The knowledge of the hour of judgment is with the Executor only.

The prophets teach us to let the past judgments of people, their cities, and their warners serve as a lesson, or sign, of the last judgment and its warners. Noah did not know the hour of the flood. Lot did not know the Hour of Sodom and Gomorrah until the Executors had arrived, and Jesus prophesied; (Matt. 24:37-39):  “It will be the same in the last judgment of the world of Satan.” You have gone astray because of your misunderstanding of the scripture, the Prophet Jesus, and the coming of God to judge the world. My corrections are not accepted.

Your misunderstanding and misinterpretation of it is really the joy of devils. For it is the devils’ desire to keep the so-called Negroes ignorant of the truth of God until they see it with their eyes. The truth of God is the salvation and freedom of the so called Negroes from the devils’ power.

Can you blame them? No! Blame yourself for being so foolish as to allow the devils to fool you in not accepting the truth after it comes to you. The devils have tried to deceive the people all over the earth with Christianity; that is, God the Father, Jesus the Son, the Holy Ghost – three Gods into One God – the resurrection of the Son and his return to judge the world; or that the Son is in some place above the earth, sitting on the right-hand side of the Father, waiting until the Father makes His enemies His footstool. The period of waiting is 2,000 years. Yet, he died for the Father to save His enemies (the whole world of sinners).

My friends, use a bit of common sense. First, could a wonderful flesh and blood body, made of the essence of our earth, last 2,000 years on the earth, or off the earth, without being healed! Second, where exists such a heaven, off the earth, that flesh and blood of the earth can exist, since the Bible teaches that flesh and blood cannot enter heaven? (Cor. 15:50)

Flesh and blood cannot survive without that of which it is made – the earth. Jesus’ prophesy of the Coming of the Son of Man is very clear, if you rightly understand. First, this removes all doubts about who we should expect to execute judgment, for if man is to be judged and rewarded according to his actions, who could be justified in sitting as judge of man’s doings but another man? How could a spirit be our judge when we cannot see a spirit? And ever since life was created, life has had spirit. But the Bible teaches that God will be seen on the Day of Judgment. Not only the righteous will see Him, but even His enemies shall see Him.

On that day, a Son of a Man will sit to judge men according to their works. Who is the Father of this Son, coming to judge the world? Is His Father of flesh and blood or is He a “Spirit”? Where is this Son coming from? Prophet Jesus said: “He will come from the East.” (Matt 24:27) – from the land and people of Islam, where all of the former prophets came from. Jesus compared His coming as “the lightning”. Of course, lightning cannot be seen nor heard at a great distance.

The actual light (the Truth) which “shineth even unto the West,” is our day sun. But the Son of Man’s coming is like both the lightning and our day sun. His work of the resurrection of the mentally dead so-called Negroes, and judgment between truth and falsehood, is compared with lightning – on an instant. His swiftness in condemning the falsehood is like the sudden flash of lightning in a dark place. America is that dark place, where the darkness has blinded the people so that they cannot find the “right way” out. The sudden “flash of lightning” enables them to see that they are off from the “right path.” They walk a few steps toward the “right way” but soon have to stop and wait for another bright flash. What they actually need is the light of the Sun (God in Person), that they may clearly see their way. The lightning does more than flash a light. It is also destructive, striking whom Allah pleases, or taking property as well as lives. The brightness of its flashes almost blinds the eyes.

So it is with the coming of the Son of Man, with the truth, to cast it against falsehood – that it breaks the head. Just a little hint of it makes the falsehood begin looking guilty and seeking cover from the brightness of the truth. Sometimes lightning serves as a warning of an approaching storm. So does Allah warn us by sending His Messengers with the truth, before the approaching destruction of a people to whom chastisement is justly due. They come flashing the truth in the midst of the spiritually darkened people. Those who love spiritual darkness will close their eyes to the flash of truth – like lightning, pointing out to them the “right way,” thus blinding themselves from the knowledge of the approaching destruction of the storm of Allah – and are destroyed. “As the lightning cometh out of the East, so shall the coming the Son of Man be.”

Let us reflect on this prophecy from the direction in which this Son shall come, “out of the East.” If He is to come from the East, to chastise or destroy that of the West, then He must be pleased with the East. The dominant religion of the East is Islam. The holy religious teachings of all the prophets, from Adam to Muhammad, was none other than Islam (Holy Qur-an 4:163). They all were of the East and came from that direction with the light of the Truth and shone toward the old wicked darkness of the West. But the West has ever closed its eyes and thus making it necessary for the coming of the Son of Man, the Great Mahdi, God in person.

Being the end of the signs, in His person, He dispels falsehood with the truth – as the sun dispels night on its rising from the East. Why should the tribes of the earth mourn because of the coming of the Son of Man, instead of rejoicing?

“It just came to me like this; that this is the Son of Man that the Bible said, or prophesied, would come in the Last Days…

“When I first heard of Islam it was in Detroit Michigan, back in the early fall of 1931, and I heard that there was a man teaching Islam by the name of Mr. Wallace Fard. Well at that time, mostly, He used the initial Mr. W.D. Fard. That was in Detroit Michigan. And when I heard what was said, I wanted to meet Him. I finally met Him, and when I met Him, I looked at Him, and it just came to me like this; that this is the Son of Man that the Bible said, or prophesied, would come in the Last Days of the world. I couldn’t get that out of me. I shook hands with Him, and I said to Him, “You are the One that the Bible prophesies that would come at the end of the world under the name Son of Man and under The Second Coming of Jesus.

“He looked at me a little stern, and then He smiled, and He put His head down beside my head, then whispered in my ear and said these words, He said, ‘Yes, I am the One, but who knows that but yourself, and be quiet.’ He patted His hand on my shoulder, give me a kind of a little shove a way around him. There were more present and He started talking to some of them.

“About a month later, He told my wife to tell me to go ahead and start teaching out there in, what was then a little part, but now, I would say, a very large part of Hamtramck Michigan, outside of Detroit. Hamtramck is near Detroit, and I was living in Hamtramck at that time. So, He says to my wife, ‘You tell him that he can go ahead’, because I had wrote Him, and He received my letter and I was telling Him what I could not tell Him in the public. And then He said to me: ‘You go ahead and start teaching, and I will back you up.’

“I started teaching that He was the answer to the prophecy of the coming of Jesus two thousand years after Jesus’ birth, and that this is the Man, at that time. So, I did begin teaching that the Son of Man or the Second Coming of Jesus was present. This was He now, here among us.

“He didn’t allow me to go too far with that kind of teaching while He was present. He told me, ‘You can do that after I am gone.’ He said, ‘Don’t talk too much about Me now.’ He said, ‘Give them a little milk.’

“That’s the way He talked all the time; He never would just say anything hardly direct. He would give it to you in a way that you would have to learn just exactly what He meant by what He said. And so, He said, ‘You cannot give babies meat.’ I understood what He was referring to. And so He said, ‘Give the little baby milk.’ He said, ‘When I am gone,’ He said, ‘then you can say whatever you want to about Me.’

“Well, I was not too much learned into scripture at that time, and I had not studied too much, but I had, from a child up, wanted to learn the scripture, because my father was a preacher, and I always, from a child up, wanted to help him or take his place one day as a preacher.

“I was always studying the Bible. I had read much about the coming of the judgement and the coming of God and Jesus returning to resurrect the dead and all like that. I had studied much of that. All of His talk and teachings corresponded with what I had learned of the scripture; therefore, I had become one of His, I should say, convert one hundred percent.

“On His leave of us, He began to tell me what I may expect, what will come to pass, and what I should do to try and make my people qualified, rather to reform them and make them acceptable by the Islamic people. He told me to teach them that they must change completely in the way of righteousness, and that they would have to forego the names that they were in and that He would give them all a name Himself. There was much He said, much He said to me.

“He used to teach me night and day. We used to sit sometime from early part of the night until sunrise and after sunrise. He would teach all night long for about two years or more. He was with us three years and a little better and I was constantly around Him and He was constantly teaching me of things of Islam, and what is to come and what was before. This is the way that we began.

“He first gave me a name at that time of Karriem. He called me Elijah Karriem. Later, about a year before He left us, He gave me the name Muhammad. He changed my name. He said, ‘I will give you a better name than Karriem,’ He said, ‘You take Muhammad, My name.’ And so that was about it, and He named all of my family Muhammad.

Chapter 2

How to keep food from hurting us

I thank Allah in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, to Whom Praises are due forever, for bringing to us life and light so that we may be able to enjoy life, and to enjoy that life longer than we have previously enjoyed it.

Many years could be added to our lives if we only knew how to protect our lives from their enemies. As He (meaning Master Fard Muhammad) said to me, food keeps us here; it is essential that we eat food which gives and maintains life. That same food destroys life. Therefore, to keep this food from destroying our lives, we must protect our lives as well as we possibly can from the destruction of food. If we eat the proper food, and eat at the proper time, the food will keep us living a long, long time.

Eating three and four times a day is to your stomach as dripping water is to a stone or iron. The dripping water will eventually wear the stone and iron away. But, just to look at the water, it does not appear powerful enough in its dripping to wear the stone and iron away. It is the same with food; we continuously put it into our stomachs to be digested and eventually it will destroy the stomach. If we let our stomachs rest a while and gain strength, they will last longer in doing a job of digesting food for us.

EAT ONE MEAL a day and eat the food that will not harm you so quickly. You do not have to go into a long detailed knowledge of what foods you have to eat, because the wrong food has already been pointed out to you – foods such as pig, nuts, white flour, meats (of course, we eat some meats), the wrong kind of peas, the wrong kinds of breads, half-cooked breads, too many starchy foods, and too much sweets.

All of these foods destroy us. Bread should be cooked thoroughly and slowly, and if you have plenty of time, cook the bread two or three times and then eat it. Meat should also be cooked two or three times.

Eating great meals of highly seasoned and sugared pastries is definitely not good for us. They most surely will take years of our lives away. You may eat some sweets, but do not make an entire meal of sweets and eat them everyday. Fruit is good for us, we should eat plenty fruits.

To live a long time, eat once every 24 hours or once every 48 hours, if you are able to do so. But, if you have heavy, manual work to do, do not try to eat once every two or three days. And, if you eat once a day, you should fast every month for two or three days. By doing that, there will be no poison left in the body at the end of a year to make you sick even one hour.

I WOULD LIKE for you, who try to live and eat just as this book teaches you, to please send me a letter telling me of the results that you have gained from eating like this article teaches you. I repeatedly teach that the way Allah, in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, has Taught us to eat will do away with many doctor bills and do away with much maiming of the limbs caused by certain diseases.

Sugar diabetes can be controlled and cured if you only eat right. Stay off of sugar and starchy foods and leave those old, white potatoes alone. Do not eat spaghetti and macaroni at every meal. If you are overweight, do not eat it at any meal, and if you want to live a long time, do not eat it at any meal. Food such as spaghetti and macaroni is processed, not cooked thoroughly, and is hard to digest.

THERE ARE SOME people who claim that they do not receive beneficial results as they should. This is due to wrong mental food that they are eating, which has an effect on their digestive system. To get good results from eating the proper foods, we must have good thoughts.

Chapter 35

Birth Control Death Plan!

To the Lost-Found members of the tribe of Shabazz (the so-called Negroes), I warn you my people and especially the women. Be aware of the tricks the devils are using to instill the idea of a false birth control in their clinics and hospitals.

STERILIZATION IS NOT BIRTH CONTROL, BUT THE END OF ALL POSSIBILITY TO BEAR CHILDREN.

The example of the clinic in Fauquier County, Virginia, where poor and helpless black mothers are pressured into accepting sterilization is certainly not confined to that clinic alone.

It would be better to do as many African and Asian husbands and wives have done, to take care of these matters yourselves rather than rely on such treachery and deceitful counsel.

I say beware of being trapped into the kind of disgraceful birth control laws now aimed almost exclusively at poor, helpless black peoples who have no one to rely on.

Who wants a sterile woman?

No man wants a non-productive woman. Though he may not want children for a time, he does want a woman who can produce a child if he changes his mind. Using birth control for a social purpose is a sin.

Using the birth control law against production of human beings is a sin that Allah (God) is against and for which he will punish the guilty on the day of Judgment. Both the Bible and Holy Qur-an’s teachings are against birth control.

So you and I, too, should be against it.

The white race is a race that was produced by using birth control law, says God to me.

Do not accept this death plan of the devils to destroy, and keep [us] from being a people.

There is no people on earth (even the little savage Pygmie of Africa and the Malayan Islands of the Pacific love their own) who will let anyone change or destroy their identity and culture without a fight. The American black women are ignorant of the real motive behind the so-called birth control schemes proposed and demanded by white officials.

The motive behind these schemes is not designed to promote the welfare of black families, but to eliminate these families in the future.

Our enemies, the devils, know and now seek to prevent us from being a nation through our women, as Pharaoh attempted to destroy Israel by killing off the male babies of Israel at birth.

The thousand years before Moses, Yakub killed off the black babies at birth to produce this present white race.

Pharaoh was envious of Israel’s future of becoming a great nation, beloved of Allah, which would overcome Egypt and her future as a world power.

The same goes for the so-called Negroes and the slave-masters’ children. The slave-masters envy their once-slaves’ future and want to destroy it.

CHAPTER 30

Do Not Take Birth Control Pills

It is Allah’s (God’s) love and my love, as His Messenger, to teach you and keep you aware of the tricks the devil devises to trap you into accepting death and not life. As it is written, Allah (God) has come to you to save you from death and destruction by the wicked and to register you in the book of the living (the Black Nation) with unlimited future.

He has declared that we are the true members of the Nation of Islam, the righteous, who shall never be removed from the earth by any foe. He even laughs at plans to destroy the nation of righteous.

The birth control law the enemy is preparing for you, with the aid of their angels, the blind, deaf and dumb black preachers and ignorant black politicians, is not concerned about your future. The white priest knows what these plans will do for you. They know that Christianity has been exposed to the civilized world as nothing less than bait to enslave the black people of earth, the original people who serve the white race as slaves. He offers you death in a pill for your future generations of children.

He tells you what it is going to do to you. But it is like telling a would-be suicide: “Here is the loaded gun. Put it to your silly head, and blow your brains out.” Then he stands aside, throws up his arms and says to the world that he is not responsible for your suicide. This is what you do when you swallow the pills. He knows you are blind, deaf, and dumb.

I know you do not know the plans and secrets of your enemies, but Allah and His Messenger have known for a long time – for this was ascertained when we first learned to read the history of Pharaoh, who sought to destroy the future of Israel through the midwives. We know that this, too, is aimed at you in these last days.

We know by the words of the Holy Qur-an on this attempt to destroy your newborn babies; to destroy the very seed of you. You also are warned against birth control law. They say you are not able to provide for the many children with which Allah (God) is blessing you. They say you should be willing to stop giving birth to children they will have to feed.

Who is responsible? Is it not the slave master’s and his children’s fault that you are not able to care for your family? It is theirs not yours. Why don’t they divide the country with you, give you a few of these United States and let you raise all the children you want so you can provide a proper living for them.

But, no! He would rather you were dead than to see you living free of his authority and power to enslave and murder you at will.

You are aware of this, but yet you are a fool. You do not understand that they are after your life – and you are seeking death by following and agreeing with them to destroy you and your Nation.

The earth belongs to the black nation, and its people will rule it in the near future. God never gave the whites any of the earth. He only gave them time to live on it; time to make fools of you and me. However, that time was limited, and I now can say in truth, that “time is up.”

I will defend the interest and life of my people, even at the destruction of my own life, and the lives of those who follow me – for that is why I have been raised among you. It is a disgrace upon us black people of America to permit ourselves and our future generations to be cut off and destroyed by ignorant, foolish, pleasure-seeking girls and women of our own, who do not know what they are doing when they swallow the birth control pill.

I repeat: If you accept Allah (God) and follow me and if you give birth to 100 children, each of you girls and women is considered more blessed and right in the eyes of Allah (God) than those who try to kill the birth seed.

Because of the advice of those who hate you and hope that you destroy yourselves, the clergy – the priests and elders – is united to help deceive you. The Catholic religion is our greatest enemy today. It seeks to woo you into its net where your future will be hopeless in the Hereafter. This old scheme of attempting to destroy the so-called Negro when the day of his salvation comes to him from God, has long been known by us and Allah (God). The nation of righteous is fully prepared to meet it.

Jehovah thwarted Pharaoh’s wicked plan to prosper through destroying the future of Israel. Pharaoh was afraid of Israel’s population, who was populating Egypt faster than the Egyptians. However, he did not want the Israelites to leave Israel. He decided to kill off the male children, which would have stopped Israel from increasing her nation. The birth control laws employed by the white race were used by his father, Yacub. It is no new thing today. He does not teach you this, nor does he teach you the sciences of modern warfare or chemistry. Of course, we do not care to learn any more about warfare, for it is the purpose of God to erase war from the human family. He now plans to destroy those who delight in making war against humanity.

Who said the white man had to carry us forever? Who gave him the right to cut our birth rate so that he could take care of a small number of us? Who is willing swallow the pill? The 20,000,000 so-called Negroes can be placed in Africa or Asia. The country is so large, they would not know they were there. Or they could be put on an island in the Pacific. But he wants to exterminate all of them with the pills so that he and his people can have free reign of the earth. But he should have reckoned with Allah (God), Who has come for the purpose of saving the poor, black man from their wicked plans.

The Negro has been a group of people, held in the hands of the white man, for 400 years and yet, today, he is like a lazy horse or dog who does not want to leave his master because of fear – and has taken all kinds of abuse in order to get a little food or whatever the master has to give. It is a shame. It is not because of lack of education, but because he holds the offer of Allah (God) in mockery.

But this pill is a bold offer of death, openly made, inviting the Indians and so-called Negroes to accept death – and also the people they have under their power in the Pacific islands. It is accepting extermination through a harmless looking pill designed to take away the future birth of our Nation. Think well, you “white Christian lovers.” You sign up to be swallowed up.

Israel was taken into a country where she could do all of the populating she wanted to without the interference of Pharaoh. Allah (God) had Pharaoh drown in the Red Sea, and the white race is going to be thrown into a lake of fire for its plans against the so-called Negro.

I shall always rise to your defense against such an artful, wicked race of people, who has nothing in mind but death for the black man – its scheme covered with a semi-bait of good. Once you have swallowed the birth control pill, it is death.
