As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Beautiful and Fearless Sisters!

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Be Upon Him Forever) taught the Blackman that white men have been beating and raping his women for as long as we have been here in his country. And until he learns to defend his woman, live or die, die or live, he will never be respected by the decent and intelligent societies of the earth.

He taught him that the white man comes into his yard and beats his woman and he just stands there with folded arms! This is because the devil put fear in them when they were babies.

But, our Beloved Messenger (May the Peace and the Blessings of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) taught his followers that we have to defend each other no matter what! “We both go down together!”

This Sister was probably the only help this poor Black man had. And I’m sure those other devils ended up beating her up too (after this picture was taken). But she loved him enough to at least try! She could have done nothing and let them kill her husband, but she would have had to live the rest of her life with the knowledge that she just sat back, watched and let it happen.

We have been conditioned to think that we can’t make a difference. We are just one person. But what if the other people in the area helped? FEAR! That is the devil’s greatest weapon. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah forever be upon him) taught us that upon our submission, Allah will remove all that fear that the devil put in us.

Muslims fear Allah only. He has power over the steel that the devil made his weapons out of. He can make it backfire and shoot the devil in his own face, if it pleases Him. We are not afraid of any police because Allah is the Greatest and we know that our Nation will live forever.

So what if ten million of us die?!?! The remaining thirty million will enjoy Freedom, Justice and Equality. But we cannot continue to be afraid to defend ourselves and let the coward devils intimidate us. We have to unite under the banner of Islam – The Only Solution To The Dire Straits In Which We Are.

How To Clean The Living Room

The living room is the area we use to entertain guests. Normally, it is the first room we see when entering the house. It is a room that should be kept in order and clean all the time.

HOW TO CLEAN THE LIVING ROOM

* Dust furniture – every day, polish once every week, generally

* Sweep or vacuum floor – every day; mop – once a week; wax hardwood floors – once a month

* Never let items accumulate. Put everything away after use. Prevent clutter.

* Rearrange book shelves – every week

* Remove and dust out throw rugs – every day

* This room must be kept neat and clean at all times.

General

* Wash windows and walls – every 6 months

* Wash/change curtains and draperies – four times a year, usually with the change of seasons

* Paint walls, cabinets, shelves – as often as needed

* Sweep or vacuum stairways and hallways – every day, mop once a week

* Remove cobwebs from walls – once a month or as needed

* Steam clean carpet – once a year

* Change room around and redecorate with the change of seasons to give fresh new look.

* Please keep fresh flowers in this room.

The Dining Room is the official dining area. We use special glasses, dishes, linen, etc. when we entertain. This room is a pleasant and cheerful room. Everything is orderly therein. The food is good for your body and your health. The conversation is good for your spiritual upliftment. Good food, good surroundings and good conversation are the makings of a successful and peaceful meal.

HOW TO CLEAN THE DINING ROOM

* Wash table and dust – everyday

* Clean chairs – as needed

* Sweep or vacuum floor – everyday; mop once a week, or as spills occur

* Dust furniture – everyday

* Put away items – Do not let them accumulate

* Wash table linens – every time they are used, pre-treat stains

* Dust curtains and wall ornaments – every day

* Change curtains – every three months

* Rearrange room to give a fresh new look – with the changing of the seasons

* Wash all china in china cabinet – once a month

* Wash windows (or have them washed) inside and out – at least twice a year (in some places you may need to wash them more often)

* Wax all furniture; table, chairs, cabinet, etc. – every week

* Keep fresh flowers in the dining room, as we do all over our house.

Chapter 3

IS GOD A SPIRIT OR A MAN?

     God is a man and we just cannot make Him other than man, lest we make him an inferior one; for man’s intelligence has no equal in other than man. His wisdom is infinite; capable of accomplishing anything that his brain can conceive. A spirit is subjected to us and not we to the spirit.

     Habakkuk uses the pronoun “He” in reference to God. This pronoun “He” is only used in the case when we refer to a man or boy or something of the male sex. Are we living in a material universe or a “spirit” universe? We are material beings and live in a material universe. Would not we be making ourselves fools to be looking forward to see that which cannot be seen, only felt? Where is our proof for such a God (spirit) to teach that God is other than man? It is due to your ignorance of God, or you are one deceived by the devil, whose nature is to mislead you in the knowledge of God. You originally came from the God of Righteousness and have the opportunity to return, while the devils are from the man devil (Yakub) who has ruled the world for the past 6,000 years under falsehood, labeled under the name of God and His prophets.

     The worst thing to ever happen to the devils is: The truth of them made manifest that they are really the devils whom the righteous (all members of the black nation) should shun and never accept as truthful guides of God! This is why the devils have always persecuted and killed the righteous. But the time has at last arrived that Allah (God) will put an end to their persecuting and killing the righteous (the Black nation).

     I and my followers have been suffering cruel persecution – police brutality – for the past 34 years; but have patience, my dear followers, for release is in sight. Even those who made mockery of you shall be paid fully for his or her mockery; for the prophesy of Habakkuk is true if understood; wherein he says: “Thou wentest forth for the salvation of Thy people” [the so-called Negroes] (3:13). 

     Never before this time did anyone come for the salvation of the so-called Negroes in America, whose rights have been ignored by their enemies (the white race) for 400 years. Now it is incumbent upon Allah to defend the rights of his lost-found helpless people, called Negroes by their enemies.

     The whole of the third chapter of Habakkuk is devoted to the coming and work of God against our enemies and our deliverance. We must not take our enemies for our spiritual guides lest we regret it. You are already deceived by them. Why seek to follow them and their evil doings; if I would say that God is not man, I would be a liar before Him and stand to be condemned. Remember! You look forward to seeing God or the coming of the “Son of Man” (a man from a man) and not the coming of a “spirit.” Let that one among you who believes God is other than man prove it!

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Dearly Beloved and Beautiful Black Homeschoolers!

We must make sure our children have fun and exciting learning tools to keep them interested in science.

Our Beloved Messenger (May the Peace and the Blessing of Allah Forever Be Upon Him) taught us to never watch television unless something educational is on. We should not be watching television unless we are watching something educational. And most assuredly, we should not allow our children to spend time being programmed by devils (who create all the television shows) to think and act the way they want our children to think and act.

Only watch EDUCATIONAL programs.

With access to YouTube and other educational websites, there is no excuse for not being able to find something educational, if your children want to watch a video. That is the only thing you should permit them to watch. No cartoons that depict animals speaking. We are taught to not even allow our children to read books that portray animals speaking, nor should we read such books to them.

This world is full of lies and foolishness. We must not raise our children on such nonsense. Teach them things of reality. This is a fascinating world we live in. My son studies animals. It is biological science and it interests him. I make sure he also studies other sciences, to keep him well-rounded.

Here is a link to a channel on YouTube that is devoted to Chemistry experiments. Hakim (my son) is studying chemistry in school, and his textbook referred to the chemical reaction that occurs in Hot and Cold packs. But his book just talked about the different types of reactions. So, I told him to find some information about what causes the reactions. He found an excellent video. (Pretty soon, I’m going to stop him from watching videos and make him start reading again….) We subscribed to the channel. They have many interesting videos of different types of chemistry experiments.

KEYS TO LONG LIFE

Eat Only One Meal A Day

Fasting is a greater cure of our ills – both mentally and physically – than all of the drugs of the earth combined into one bottle or into a billion bottles. ALLAH (God) in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, has taught me that fasting and the right kind of food are the cures to our ills. He has told me there is no cure in drugs and medicine. And this, the world is now learning. We can take medicine all of our lives until it kills us, but we are still ailing with the same old diseases.

The bad food and drinks we are putting into our bodies keep us a victim to illness. There are not too many nice doctors who will tell you that drugs are not good for you, because they paid for their learning and want to keep practicing.

But “How To Eat To Live” is what we want to know, and have wanted to know all of our lives. Every man or woman wants to know how he (or she) can prolong his (or her) life.

Nature teaches us to stay here in this life as long as we can. Nature has never taught anyone that he should leave this life and find another one somewhere else, because we have only one life. If this life is destroyed, we would have a hard time trying to get more life; it is impossible. So, try to keep this life you have as long as possible. Go when you cannot stay here any longer.

ALLAH TAUGHT ME that one meal a day would keep us here for a long time; we would live over 100 years. And eating one meal every two days would lengthen our lives just that much longer. He told me you would never be sick, eating one meal every three days. The fact that fasting is the cure to 90 per cent of our ills is known by the medical scientists. But, they do not teach you that.

They know that tobacco, hard whiskey and alcohol are not good for you and will shorten your life and kill you. But most of them are too weak themselves to stop drinking or smoking or chewing tobacco. So they do not teach you that tobacco and alcoholic drinks – made into what is known as whiskey, beer, and wine – are not good for you, although they know it to be true.

They will say, “Yes, it is good for you if you are temperate.” But, they know that once you get started on that stuff, it is such an enemy that it just takes you into its power, and it is almost like trying to break an iron chain to get away from the habit. So do not use tobacco in any form and you will live a few years longer.

Fast once a month for three days or four days – or for whatever length of time you are able to go without food without harming yourself – and you will feel good. Did you not know that if you would stop eating pig and the food that you should not eat; stop eating three and four times a day and stop drinking whiskey, beer and wine, you would save much in the way of money?

In prolonging your life by abstaining from the pig, alcoholic drinks and tobacco, you, also, will be adding money to your savings of hundreds and thousands of dollars. You will be depriving those pig raisers and tobacco growers and alcoholic distilleries of millions of dollars that they rob you of which hasten you to your grave.

YOU COULD STOP the tobacco growers from growing that stinking weed, by turning away from the use of it. And you could stop the pig raising by not eating the stinking hog. These things are death to your children in their early ages. And, they even affect the reproductive organs of people in the early ages, as well as affect the heart, the lungs, and your sharpness in thinking. And, after all of this, you die a victim of poison and commercialization. Learn to eat to live.

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum Dearly Beloved Beautiful Black Sisters!

We are charged with the responsibility of Keeping House. This does not just mean keeping the house clean and orderly. Keeping house also includes ensuring the house is run smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

Our husbands are responsible for providing the finances to maintain the house, however, we are responsible for doing everything to keep the house maintained. Our husband makes sure there is money in the bank, but it is our responsibility to make sure his money is wisely spent on everything and only things necessary for the upkeepment of the house. (English just doesn’t suffice! So, I coined “upkeepment.” You probably say I could just use “upkeep” but that’s like a noun and I wanted an ongoing process)

We must keep accurate records of every penny we spend, so that a.) We are always ready to present to our husband a detailed outline of where and how his money is being spent and b.) We can better prepare ourselves for future spending by knowing exactly how much is spent and on what.

There is a big push by utilities and other services for us to switch to paper-less billing. I am old-fashioned and have been keeping records on paper for the past four years. However, as I am becoming more comfortable with computers, I am making preparations to do all of my bookkeeping on the computer.

One way I am preparing is by learning the program EXCEL.

At the end of every month, I have been manually computing all of my spending by keeping track of all receipts and bills in a 2-inch 3-ring binder. I separate my spending into categories, i.e. Food, Non-Food Products, Services, Bills, etc.

**Single Sisters should also keep accurate records of spending to help with budgeting and to identify and eliminate any areas where waste is occurring. And, so you will be prepared when Allah Blesses you with a husband.

Learning EXCEL will make bookkeeping easier. I have already started learning it and have already been able to use some of the keyboard shortcuts that I didn’t know previously. (Hakim and I love “Control + Z” 😉 ) I can’t wait to see exactly how much easier learning this program will help with accounting. Here is the link to the EXCEL Tutorial.
